Danzo and the sharingan

I'm surprised that danzo didn't try to take kakashi's sharingan, I mean he had opprotunities to but didn't it even looks like from the new episodes he has kakashi under his thumb so he could've easily taken it then. what do you all think.

I don't think he started collecting sharingans then. He only started collecting them after acquiring hashirama cells. By then kakashi probably wasn't working with him anymore.

I guess at that time he actually wouldn't have had any sharingans at all shisui would actually still be alive and the uchiha massacre hadn't happened yet so I wonder what happened to his right eye
