They beat 1. 2. In S2 it's the same. I really don't see old hiruzen being the tipper in the Kisame/Itachi fight. It'll basically turn into Danzo vs Itachi/Kisame quickly and in S2 it'll turn into Danzo/Hiruzen vs Itachi/Kisame. If Fu and Torune can provide an opening then Danzo can possibly win 3.
