But assuming there is no disadvantage by age or condition then Itachi and Kisame for sure

God of Shinobi is enough to give Itachi and Kisame a really hard time, add that with the assistance of Danzou's sharingans. Sarutobi is a very experienced nina, known to know all the leaf's jutsus and techniques. So therefore he would know tricks to counter Itachi's sharingan, even say Ems. Huge factor would be that he managed to take on 2 kage level ninjas at an old age, even if they werent fighting at their full potential, the 1st and 2nd. Itachi is powerful but he isnt all that.

As for Danzou against Kisame, his sharingan would be able to see through Kisame's attacks. Additionally, whatever last resort attack Kisame may use, Danzou would just undo it with Izanagi.

Also bear in mind that young Sarutobi and Danzou were in a same team once, so would therefore have more teamwork experience than Itachi and Kisame combined.
