In the narutoverse you either need uchiha or senju blood to be powerful and strong.
Since hashirama banged an uzamaki, uzakami blood is similar too senju.
Well, Danzo didn't have either, but tried. If you have been keeping up with the anime the fillers show a lot of Danzo's true color. And sasuke killed him.
There is one thing I can say about Danzo and that is he loved the Leaf village like no other.
I wonder if in narutoverse there are laws because Sasuke killing the Leaf's HOKAGE is similar to someone assassinating the president in the real world.
