Danzo and His Sharingan Arm, and Transplanting Sharingan Eyes into non-Uchiha Shinobi

I was Curious, did it ever explain where Danzo got all of those Sharingan? I guessed originally it was Orochimaru's doing they had killed other Uchiha and used their eyes, but, did they ever really explain it? also, on the note of Transplanting Sharingan eyes into Non-Uchiha Shinobi what do you guys think about it? I know they never really explained why the Sharingan still worked for Kakashi even though he wasn't an Uchiha, it's always kinda made me intrigued to some degree.
also why does it always seem so frowned upon to make a Naruto Oc with a Sharingan? [one eye not both] it seems like i've seen that in many Rp Sites and even a few local Networking sites set up for Rping naruto OC's in my area.

Danzo more than likely got them from leftover bodies at the Uchiha massacre. Obito also took some of the eyes so that he would have backups, but there were dozens if not hundreds of Uchiha in the village so I doubt Obito took all of them. Danzo most likely just took the ones that he left because he was sure nobody would notice since they were disposing of the bodies anyway.

During the Uchiha Clan Massacre not all the bodies were left behind, Obito took a lot of the bodies since the body count didn't match according to Anbu. So I'm guessing the bodies that were left behind, Danzo took their eyes and implanted them with the aid of Orochimaru.

im also wondering why its so easy for a non-uchiha to use sharingan? i mean if you think about it, i guess since its active during the transplant, its active whithin the new user, and thats why they have to cover it so they don't lose all their chakara but, still you'd think after awhile the eye would reject the user.

Danzou partially explained how he got all those sharingan. Obito also explained how a non uchiha could control so many sharingan. Orochimaru experimented on him adding hashirama cells to boost his physical life force. This was all explained
