Well, Danzo could use KA on the kage of any village and make them destroy their own village (for example he could KA Gaara and then make him attack Suna)

huhhhh yeah i think so.. the two of them combined could take out any current kage, the only thing is most villages have kage level jonin that would aid. If they had a good strategy of killing the kage fast and first then yes.

Enma was able to bully the Kyuubi out of the village. If Hiruzen expanded Enma's size he could definitely cause some heavy damage to alot of villages. And dont forget that both hiruzen and enma can clone themselves so it would be multiple village destroyers running around.
