Oro got caught in a genjutsu by Itachi because no one is immune to genjutsu. It doesn't chance the fact that Oro would have easily broken out of it if it wasn't for the fact that Itachi was like 0.5m away from him. And sayint that Oro is getting taken down by a basic genjutsu only proves that you're stupid.

Orochimaru has full intel on Danzo, therefore he would warn Tsunade about the KA, who would simmon three mini Katsuyu and place them to Jman, Orochimaru and on herself. The slug can sense if they are under genjutsu.
