Danzō was the strongest Kage on the Summit! Or not?

Was Danzō stronger than A?
I think he was better than the current Hokage - Tsunade... (in combat).
I think he was on a higher level than Gaara, Mei and Ōnoki but he still was defeated by Sasuke... Is that mean Sasuke is stronger than the current Kages?

A is too fast 4 old man danzo. Onooki strength overwhelms. Gaara's defense makes it imposible for danzo to land a hit while it gives him all the time to strategies. Tsunade stomps and if hurt there's regeneration. With mei Ill hand it to danzo

Tsunade, Ay, and Mei have no counter for the Baku
Onoki would be tough but his Chakra would give out before Izanagi does.

Danzo is not the strongest... all of danzo's major strengths are very limited in both time and power... he would not be able to beat gara, ay, or oonoki... ay is to fast, gara can cover too much area and maintain a defense, and oonoki's jutsu array is more vicious...

In theory he has overwhelming power but he could have easily ended up wasting Izanagi just like he did against Sasuke. KA does solo any of them I guess, depending on how exactly he decides to use it, don't forget we haven't seen the whole extend of it (Shisui somehow "failed" despite having it, but we don't know how and why, right?).

onoki has a good chance at beating him and plus tsunade has like inifinte izanagi (healing)without the drawbacks xd so she's stronger (good chakra control to get out of genjutsu)
