Naruto is faster than A so he can dodge.
Neji has Full Body Blow that can push Amaterasu of his body.

Of course Naruto can. Neji has to concentrate to perform that and it's hard to do when you're already set on fire but I suppose it's possible.

Varrah my bro, Sasuke used his Blaze Release in order to throw an already existing flame into Gaaras direction, you didn't see Amaterasu arising at a certain spot, you saw a flame being thrown in a certain direction, what can be seen at Amaterasus protracted form. Gaaras sand is reacting on the victims movements, Amaterasu however is arising wherever Sasuke is aiming for - If Sasuke aims for Gaara, the flame will appear rightly before him without actually traveling.

The 3rd is not that fast. Sasuke can keep up. The same with Gai as well. Even Kisame was keeping up with 7th gate Gai. Sm Jiraya or not I don't see much of a diffrence.

Obito did not phase Amaterasu off him. It was Izanagi.

Kisame eh. Not sure why Sasuke would cast it on Kisame if he's in the water but Kisame won't start inside the water most of the time.

Onnoki will get hit. Muu will get hit performing Jinton.

Gaara- countered Amaterasu already with sand

Bee- he only hit bee with that because he was too big to miss, before Sasuke got a beating from killa bee while in 8tails cloak stage 1.
Mei- she almost killed Sasuke if it wasn't for Zetsu
3rd Raikage- he is just as fast Raikage A, and his Ration armor can't be pierced except from his own attacks

Muu- invisible and can use the same tech as onooki
Kakashi- it's possible, but what's stopping Kakashi's from using kamui to get rid of the flames and he has a Sharingan so it wouldn't surprise me if Sasuke had trouble hitting him.

Gai- if any of the gates are activated, Sasuke wouldn't hit him Period.
Kisame- water style shark bomb Jutsu or water style period would work... Might not extinguish the flames but he could block it at the most and we don't know if his sword could absorb the flames chakra which could render it useless. Considering he was one of the strongest akatsuki and sparred/worked with Itachi he would know what that tech does.

Hidan- he can't be harmed if he gets sasukes blood it'll be a repeat of what happened to asuma rendering all Jutsu self inflicting.

Tsunade- it's possible to defeat her with Amaterasu but I wouldn't underestimate her that much to say it would a 1hit with Amaterasu, she may be willing to lose a limb like Raikage.

I understand the mechanics of Amaterasu, but I am saying that Gaara's sand has displayed the ability to withstand Amaterasu intensity based of Sasuke's Enton. Therefore; I reasoned that as long Gaara is not exposed or encases him with sand, than Amaterasu should not be able to breach it. Thus Gaara can counter it.

Once more, this is all predicated under the notion that Amaterasu's intensity never decreases until it is extinguished.

It hasn't been showed burning slow. Science 101. Metal conducts fire. Hence why the Samuri didn't get killed by Amaterasu and the 4th didn't get burned.

That technique would help however it's only your assumption it's activated all the time. It requires a good deal of chakra so I doubt he keeps it on 100 percent of the time.

Amaterasu doesn't burn slow. Please show me a scan of it burning slow. Gaaras sand blocked Enton not ama. If Gaara exposes himself like he usually does he will get toasted.
