[Question] DanMachi Stats

So does anybody know how these stats work? At level 1 Bell had S-rank stats and then when he leveled up they went to E/D rank and so on.

It's so confusing that I have no idea what is going on. Originally, I thought that the higher the number beside the stat and the lower the letter the stronger they were. But Aiz, her stats are all in the 100's and have a rank of I.....so I realized that couldn't be right, otherwise stat wise she'd be pretty weak but she's level 6.

I asked this question last night, but got no answer. So if anybody can explain it to me i'd appreciate it.

Bell capped his skills for that certain level. Then once you go to the next level, those "capped" skills become baseline for that new level. It is a common thing in MMO games.

Ah, so would I be right in assuming that these extra abilities that appear like Abnormal Resistance and Luck just follow the letter ranks and it goes like this; I-H-G-F-E-D-C-B-A-S-SS-SSS?

Nope. Most of them start with E/D rank.

I saw a post on Reddit that says the basic stats go like this; 0-99/I, 100-199/H, 200-299/G, 300-399/F, 400-499/E, 500-599/D, 600-699/C, 700-799/B, 800-899/A, 900-999/S and so on.
