Former Kage Mid Diff.

The 3rd Raikage vs Kisame is a bad matchup since he won't be able to use his water dome. If he does, he sends massive lightning chakra through the dome and electrocutes Kisame to death. He would have to fight without it and that's one thing that makes him so powerful. Itachi would be forced to use MS and his stamina would drain quickly, leaving him for dead. I see Itachi getting one of them with Tsukiyomi though.

Not much of a fight for the Kages.
