Well the new chapter does make it kind of hard to completely deny the theory. I mean, Tobi himself agreed with Kakashi that their eyes have something in common.
And where did Kaka get his eye, from Obito. Plus there's the whole reference to the Kanabi Bridge mission during the previous war which is where Obito presumably died. Damn it! I'm believing the theory more and more as the days go by.

I don't believe that Tobi is Obito. Tobi just said that he got his eyes from Obito but he never said that he was Obito yet.
