Hard to say. DB4 says Mystical Ghost is an S rank Kinjutsu that can only be stopped by putting the user in a barrier before they use it. It says when he enters your body you decay from the inside out and die immediately. It's range is unlimited and the speed is so fast Dan went from the coast of Lightning country all the way in land to the desert in seconds. Danzo probably dies to be honest but I really can't say for sure.

Well assuming Danzo uses that then he wins or if he uses Izanagi before Dan pulls off his jutsu.
