It would be best if Dan could give Tsunade an unlimited source of chakra coming from the other side.. It will last only until the moment Tsunade chose to be with Dan, since Madara Uchia acquired his power from so many things why not on the last living SEnju.

while Dan is using this jutsu his body can't move, that's his weakness, he can't defend himself if his spirit is on the battlefield and some enemy comes in and stab his body.

But still a pretty op jutsu, if he would just lock himself up somewhere before the battle startsxd
