Sasuke just picks up things quicker, Naruto was fighting edo's all day but forget's that they can't die. Sasuke only saw Itachi as edo. As for naruto saving Sasuke 2 chapters ago, Naruto is the only one that have seen rinne tensei before and it's only 1 hand sign if i'm not mistaken. It's really not that impressive.
