Based on bloodline linage, it's makes more sense for Sasuke to build his clan partnering with Karin, than Sakura, same with Naruto and Hinata. 3 of the 4 main clans descending from the Sages family (Senju, Uchiha, Uzumaki and Hyuuga) are gone. Partnering with someone with the similar or same traits prolongs bloodline.
