Alright, so at this stage, I normally have people do a few taijutsu movements so I could get a good feel of their tai, but having already fought you and knowing of your skill with taijutsu, we can skip that part. Now, tell me what do you know of the leg weights and how do they work.

Leg Weights are tool used to restrain the users speed. However once the weights are removed, the users speed increases. It takes a while to adjusting to After having them on for a while, the user will be able to move as quickly as they would without the weights on. This is a signal that their actual speed has been increased. The weights not only build running speed but leg power also adding +20 to all taijutsu that includes usage of the legs.

Added them to your bio. Note that you still can't use them. Also, when we finish this training, i'll explain what you need to write in your bio henceforth when it comes to weights.

ok, it should prove challenging but not impossible to move right now. Basically, you should be feeling the restriction of the added weight but still be capable of moving. I think its about 20kgs each right now. How do you feel?

Description:
The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Sorry for the lateness....I was meant to say a month, which it has actually been. Now, I want you to remove the leg weights (post the "drop" jutsu) and run around a bit and tell me how you feel.

I bend down and take off the leg weights gently putting them on the ground.
I then run in circles around you appear as a blur of speed.

(Katai Omori: Doroppu) Leg Weights: Drop

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.

I feel much lighter.

By adding the weights to my legs, it would initially slow me down but as I got used to it and I got back up to normal running speed the training would be complete, So when I take off the weights my speed would be doubled since my legs are obviously lighter.

Well the punches dont really go that fast I dont think because You have to slow down speed to attack and time each strike. And the weights only effects running speed but not the speed of other movements like punches etc.

Good. That was a trick question to see how you would answer. A few more things to state and make sure that they are known are:

1.you gain 2X your base RUNNING speed. Whatever it is. Yet, the moment you use a lightning armor, open an EIG, etc etc you lose it. You cannot stack the 2x running speed with anything else.

2. As you likely know already, you gain one rank in kick related taijutsu moves (+20) damage when you remove the weights. The reason is that your body is used to delivering kicks with normal damage and speed and strength using the added weights that when you remove them the lost weight makes your muscles able to deliver more powerful kicks.

3.No faster handseal speed or faster reflexes ofc. This training is meant only for your legs and as such, only those gain an increase.
