that's true, but also remember, gohan fought dabura and cell once. As quoted by Vegeta, he was a lot stronger when he was a kid, fighting cell. This was seven years before he fought Dabura, whereas he has become considerably weaker, to whereas he's evenly matched with Dabura. If Gohan were as strong as he was when he fought Cell, Dabura would be no match for Gohan then... Hence why I'm sure Cell takes this.

Im not sure both was defeated by a SS2 with med-high difficulty. Cell because he has regeniration and cell jrs.

Good use of logic there but power level is vital in DBZ and the stats show above Dabura is more powerful. Dabura spits on Cell and turns him into stone.
