This village is an extention of konoha and the mist's alliance of peace. It is found halfway between the two villages.

The main building: The Ho, Mizukage mansion plus the village center.

This is the village.

The Hokage and Mizukage got together and they cot their clans together and made special Kekkei Genkei. To be descused later. The Hokage and Mizukage are the leaders of this Unoffical Village.
