Obito is the most superior here, and with Danzo here taking out shisui, as well as Danzo being able to KA another one of team 2, and madara having the most superior reserves means that team obito certainly wins

Danzo doesnt have KA, only shisui does according to the OP

Team one wins. I can't see what Izuna's MS is capable of to factor in for team two. Considering team 1 knowing Kakashi's MS, Madara and Sasuke would have to deal with his clone feints and then overwhelm him from using Kamui. Not to mention Obito can also cancel whatever target Kakashi intends to warp. That's all I got for know.

Condition 2: I still would go with team 1. Shisui's KA was noted to be effective against the Uchiha Clan. But then again, most if not almost all of them are only tomoe users. It's unlikely that it would work against a group of MS users.
