Description: Tetsuo is a stratified fully mechanical arm, imbued with chakra. It is composed of a strong, indestructible, metallic alloy as a base, and is then wrapped in a softer leather coating reminiscent of normal human skin. The arms' skin color is a slightly darker shade than the skin on the rest of Vex's body, but the synthetic skin itself can simply be torn off revealing the metallic prosthesis underneath. This serves no purpose, and is purely cosmetic. The arm's chakra circulatory system is separated from the rest of the body, being completely cyclical within the arm itself and mostly self-reliant and self-sufficient from the rest of the body. Conversely, the arm's synthetic nerves are linked to the user's nervous system so that he can move the arm around, create handseals, conduct, and release chakra, etc. However, the arm itself is fairly durable, and is slightly stronger than Vex's opposing right arm, being able to block freeform sword, kunais, etc. Tesuo contains many mechanoreceptors (and is linked to the user's nervous system, allowing him to feel sensation in the arm) like a normal human arm, thus it is extremely sensitive to touch, and is able to detect even the faintest trace of a touch on the user's body. However, realizing that the arm would be used by a shinobi, it was outfitted with numerous features to help its owner in battle. Most notably, the 'blood' of the arm was composed of a highly malleable chakra-infused, red (purely cosmetic, and for color) sticky water solution. It is the same type of sticky water that is found in the "Water Release: Starch Syrup Capturing Field" jutsu. It is slightly viscous in nature (being equivalent to water in terms of strengths/weaknesses). Thus, whenever the arm 'bled' the sticky water would allow the user to manipulate it in a way that he saw fit. For instance, he could cause the solution to form around his arm in the form of claws, hammers, spears, swords, or even wings. Because of the limited amount of sticky water, these constructs are always connected to the arm and cannot be separated. They are able to grow to a length of, at max, 5 meters and are A rank in strength (each construct taking up a move slot and requiring 10 chakra to use). Unfortunately, the usage of these abilities causes the user extreme pain, worse than the pain associated with losing the limb in the first place, making the weapon a 'last resort' of sorts for Vex. However, the arms contain one final ability. Three times per battle, the arm is capable of taking a mass of the sticky water and shaping it to form an object that would then detach from the arm, being formed completely of the sticky water. These objects require a chakra cost of 20, and are A rank in strength. However, as they aren't connected to the arm the user can create objects like chairs, or even footballs (after this ability is used a three times, the user needs to wait two turns before using CW again, so that the arm can be refilled with sticky water). When not in use, Vex wraps the arm in a bandage - keeping it sealed until needed. Upon breaking the seal, Vex expends 40 chakra in order to 'activate' the arm, and to keep on restocking it full of sticky water. The sticky water is constantly and passively remade via chakra, at a cost of 5 chakra per turn. Thus, by spending an extra 10 chakra, the user is able to use his solution as a source for a water jutsu thrice per battle. By tapping a small red seal on the user's bicep, he is able to seal the weapon back up, with bandages appearing from the seal.

Dr. Vex? What the hell you doing here? The hell is your arm, oh well, questions, questions, no important, it seems you got something that can be used as a replacement arm, I shall attach it for you.


I start this by cleaning both of ourselves with the required techniques. Next I channel some chakra into my hand that makes the shape of a snake, and it bite Vex rendering him knocked out. This is so I can do the surgery without any issues. As I look over the lost limb, and the fake arm, I believe I've figured out a way to attach them with little to no damage. Having a look inside the fake arm, I noticed that it has it's own kinda of nerves, which I then put together that I can attach them to the lost limb. Now with it figured out, I proceed to perform a few handseals and create a Scalpel made out of medical chakra, from that I very carefully cut Vex's arm in a way that opens up the nerve endings from that I place the fake arm down just below where his old arm used to be. Once everything is in place, I then begin the most painful part, I release medical chakra into the nerve endings of both the prosthetic and what's left of his actual arm, and what happens, the endings begin to knit themselves back together, if he was awake this would be something worst then death. After the nerves bind together, I finalize the surgery by quickly racing my palm over the area and heal it, so it shows no scars, and anything internal is fixed. I release the chakra from the snake bite, which caused Vex to be knocked out.

And, we are done. Try not to move it too much, for the first day at least. After that try and slowly move a finger or two, and go up from there, cause this was a different procedure then usually, you'll need to stay in bed for one week (5 full real life days), if you need painkillers, or whatever, you can give them to yourself, you are a doctor here yourself anyway.

Normally this technique is done on the hands and lower arms just before having contact with a patient but can be applied to the whole body in specific situations (before performing surgery, if the enemy is highly contagious, etc). After being done, the chakra automatically turns back to his regular, non-harmful and calm one.

It will then bite the patient, injecting a special chakra into his chakra flow. This chakra has a specific frequency designed to render a patient unconscious. The effect takes some time to establish and the patient needs to be still for it to be successful but is very useful to perform surgery, suturing wounds, setting bones straight, etc as it effectively sedates the patient and acts as a general anesthesia. The difference between this technique and normal anesthesia is that it lasts less and, if the target is resisting the medical treatment may prove impossible to use as he can use a variety of techniques to prevent the chakra from sedating him. While it can be used in battle, its almost impossible to do so because of the time it takes for the sedation to work and the need for the connection to remain intact until it does work. Rank: D-A-Rank Type: Supplementary/Attack Range: Short Chakra Cost: 15-30 (per turn) Damage Points: 30-60 Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed hand seals Tiger → Horse → Rabbit → Rat → Dog, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. This medical technique then enables the users chakra to transform into small, sharp blades. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular metal scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection (although it can also be used to cut the external tissues as well). The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. The strength and effects of the technique are determined by how much chakra is put into it and how much skill and focus the user has in the technique. Its effects vary according to the targeted body though to cut through strong tissues such as bone, great skill, focus and chakra is needed. First, the user wills his chakra to physical bind the tissue together, only to then force the cells to bind together as they were before the trauma. By manipulating the Inter-cellular proteins on the surface of the cells to re-knit the tissue cytoskeleton. The technique can only bind cells and tissue together if there hasn't been any tissue loss. However, it can be used to even reattach cut limbs or body parts. Note: For this technique to have effect, an actual separation between cells that were once together must be present. This technique will not work on uninjured tissue.]

This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which, as the technique stands as a jack of all trades in terms of medical ninjutsu, is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant, specially in internal injuries.]
