Arriving in the hospital, I focus an aggressive medical chakra in my hands, cleaning my body thoroughly of all pathogens, microbes, bacteria, viruses, etc. I make sure that there's no chance of infecting the patient through the use of a non sterile limb. Then, making my palms into a semi-aggressive sterilization tool, I run my hands all over the patient's body, sterilizing every inch of it. I focus around the throat, and below the jaw, making sure that the area is - again - completely cleaned.

Realizing that the surgery will be quite painful for the patient, I focus medicinal chakra into my hand and materialize an ethereal snake composed entirely of medical chakra. The snake instead of carrying 'venom', carries a powerful anesthetizing agent. The chemical agent causes you to drift into unconscious and dreamless sleep. I withdraw the chakra snake, causing it to dissipitate harmlessly.

Then, focusing medical chakra into my right arm as I hold the canary cry with my left, I focus medical chakra into my hand yet again. This time, I let my palm hover over your throat for an entire turn, until the epidermal and hypodermal tissue separates . Gently moving apart the two folds of tissue, I would cautiously place the CW onto your vochal chords, attaching them perfectly. Then, as my right hand moves away, I focus 80 chakra in my left hand in order to use the Mystical Palm technique. I hover my hand over your throat, accelerating the natural healing process, and allowing your body to acclimate with your CW as fast as possible.

Description: This weapon comes in the form of an implant on the vocal chords that works to enhance the vocal prowess of the user. Once implanted, this modification can be infused with chakra in order to empower the throat and assist the lungs in their ordinary abilities. The implant grants perfect pitching, the ability to create sounds from the mouth that would otherwise be too high or low for a normal person, perfect manipulation of others voices and the ability to hold notes and sounds for far longer than ordinarily possible, with the intention of turning the users voice into an instrument of there own, without the disadvantages faced with singing instead of playing an instrument such as a flute.
With this implant come various abilities all focused around sound and musical manipulation techniques.
First is a passive boost to any sound techniques that originate from the users throat, giving a damage boost to all techniques and increasing the rank of any below S-rank by 1.
Secondly another passive, the ability to maintain sounds for near indefinite periods of time at perfect frequency levels without running out of breath, this breeds the ability for a user to use any jutsu that would otherwise require a musical instrument from their throat.
Lastly, the user can use this active ability of the device to redirect their screams into their own body. This sends a strong vibration through the chakra network that eliminates any foreign chakra present.
- Redirecting a scream through the users chakra network can only be done 3 times and not in consecutive turns. It also leaves the device needing to recalibrate and therefore switches off for the users next turn.
- Redirecting counts as one of the users moves per turn and is an S rank chakra surge.
- Weapon will require surgery to implant it on the chosen bio through the NB Hospital
- Sound techniques S-rank or above originating in the throat will gain a damage boost (+10 damage), but not the rank boost.
- This weapon does not increase the range of techniques. The short-long range refers to its use alongside techniques that are already long range in their regular usage

Description: The user will charge a special chakra into one of his hands manifesting it as an ethereal pure chakra familiar, resembling a snake. It will then bite the patient, injecting a special chakra into his chakra flow. This chakra has a specific frequency designed to render a patient unconscious. The effect takes some time to establish and the patient needs to be still for it to be successful but is very useful to perform surgery, suturing wounds, setting bones straight, etc as it effectively sedates the patient and acts as a general anesthesia. The difference between this technique and normal anesthesia is that it lasts less and, if the target is resisting the medical treatment may prove impossible to use as he can use a variety of techniques to prevent the chakra from sedating him. While it can be used in battle, its almost impossible to do so because of the time it takes for the sedation to work and the need for the connection to remain intact until it does work.

This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which, as the technique stands as a jack of all trades in terms of medical ninjutsu, is much higher than any other medical technique.
