Customs with Serpent

Storm is a advance KKG that combines lighting and water into one. There are two known forms of the KKG which includes bright beams of electricity that flow like water and can be guided towards the enemy which we have seen in the manga, or something that look more like storm release and that is the ability to manipulate dark storm clouds which we saw in the 3rd Naruto shippuden movie.
Storm release most important aspect is the two forms that are apart of the KKG. The lasers to put simple is lighting but is covered by water and flows like water. If you are attacked by it you will be impaled and shocked. Then comes the clouds, the clouds are water but fueled with lighting, but if it hits an opponent it doesn't really impale like the nature of water instead it will shock the opponent badly and make them wet causing serious shock, also the water tends to weight on the opponent making it hard for movement.
Its advantages can consist of many awesome things xd, one being the lasers can flow and follow the opponent at least as seen in the manga. Also the ability to control clouds which gives awesome amount of ideas to use the great part is that not much people have storm so customs are endless with beautiful ideas :yayy:
Strong against, Earth, Fire, Sand, Blast, etc
Its disadvantages is its not considered a dense material so its very easy to make the storms lose shape or discharge the electricity that charges its attacks. Also wind is its ultimate enemy wind can easily force the storm to lose shape as well as discharge the lighting portion in the storm chakra. Water can also hurt storm, if you hurl a large amount of water towards the storm attack it will destroy the shape manipulation and portion of the water will end up overcoming the lighting and discharging it.
Weak against, Wind, high amount of wind, Scorch, etc
Something I might need to add is its neutral to lighting because storm is basically lighting with water either guiding or covering it. So they would end up cancelling each other out.
How it can be used XD don't make me start on how it can be used like I said before the ideas are endless and you can do basically anything and with the two main forms of storm release it gives even more ideas. The lasers are very fast and can be guided towards the enemy that gives great attack potential and makes it hard to evade, the cloud form is also cool in its way that it can be used to catch an enemy. I have personal ideas and don't want to give em out >_> I'm gonna make customs with this knowledge !

Okay, now, with this first Jutsu, you will need to focus chakra into the sky forming clouds, much like your normal Water Style Clouds, these clouds will be made out of your storm chakra, and because of this, will be electrically charged. The Change in weather with the electrical moisture will cause large winds to form... give it a try.
I start by gathering my raw chakra throughout my entire body, I then mold the gathered raw chakra into a portion of water release chakra and a portion of lightning release chakra, I then combine the two chakras to form storm release chakra, I then focus the storm chakra into the sky and form clouds, clouds that are made out of my storm chakra and because of this, it well enough electrically charged, with that a change in the weather with the electrical moisture will naturally cause large winds to form.

Good, as you can see, a storm system is created. the Storm itself cannot be controlled, as you can tell, the winds formed are natural and random build ups of Raiton which then strike are natural as well, making them unable to control by normal means. because of this, Jutsu like Kirin are unusable in this storm. With this Storm Active, your Ranton Element is powered by it's natural form granting your Ranton a +10 damage... Now, Noni1996.. it's your turn to give it a try.

Okay, you guys are almost done learning the Jutsu.. first, I want you to explain some strengths and weaknesses of this Jutsu, as well as other Pro's and Con's.
(Ranton: Yofun Ranjin) Storm Release: Ragging Storm of the Gods
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40 (-25 per turn)
Damage points: N/A (+10 Storm Release)
Description: The user will focus their chakra while making the handseals Serpent>Snake>Dog>Ram>Serpent. this changes the weather conditions into a ragging storm, clouds will form over battlefield with high winds and random lightning (wind and lightning are for show, they can't do anything). this provides the perfect environment to produce storm release.
Note:
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Last 3 turns.
-Can only be taught by Serpent
-Can't be used to set the atmosphere for Kirin
Strengths: This technique powers up all storm techniques adding to its damage points as well as set the atmosphere perfectly for Storm Release users.
Weaknesses: It requires a set of handseals to perform the technique meaning that it might take a while before the technique is successfully executed and it cannot be used to set the atmosphere for Kirin.
Yashiro's Added notes: This technique actually works well for the user in terms of playing hide and seek in battle Lol, since there is a raging storm that is created, lightning would be crackling in the air along with the sound of thunder and wind screeching, this would be perfectly to also use before wind technique's and lightning techniques to mask the lightning and wind techniques when attacking from a blind spot.
Weaknesses: It requires a set of handseals to perform the technique meaning that it might take a while before the technique is successfully executed and it cannot be used to set the atmosphere for Kirin.

You both bring up good points... I will clarify and add a bit to it before we continue to the next Jutsu.
Advantages:
-This Techniques enhances the use of Storm Release giving the user and/or other Storm users the edge in battle.
-This Technique can be used to mask the presence of sound as well as camouflage Lightning and Wind Elements to a certain degree.
-This Technique can easily be blended with Rain Jutsu providing a faster access to Rain and/or Cloud related techniques.
-If an opponent is in the process of setting the stage for Kirin, the use of this Jutsu will disrupt the opponents ability to complete the requirements to preform the Technique making the threat of Kirin voided.
-After the technique, clouds will still remain for further use if required.
Disadvantages:
-This Technique drains a vast amount of Chakra over the course of it's use.
-Technique doesn't last long as the storm will simply stop.
-Jutsu is not something to me used multiple times per battle
Side note: Handseals may effect Jutsu's speed in some cases, however the use of handseals doesn't really effect the speed in which a Jutsu can be used. In the case of Handseals, they are used to better focus ones chakra in order to preform Jutsu. There are some Jutsu that require less handseals but take longer to preform. And example of this would be "Ninja A" makes a single handseal to shoot a fireball. While "Ninja B" at the same time makes 5 handseals to shoot a ball of water. Now in this case the Jutsu will be shot at the same time.. Because while "Ninja A" only makes one handseal and "Ninja B" makes five, both ninja during the handseals are focusing there chakra in a similar way and regardless of handseals chakra takes ruffly the same amount of time to focus. So, what I am getting at is that Handseals should never be viewed as a Nagitive and/or Disadvantage on a Jutsu.

This next Jutsu is rather simple, but can still be tricky to preform.. I would like to see you focus your storm chakra into a single point, forming a dense sphere in front of you. Keep it compact but don't add to much chakra as you may lose control of the sphere causing it to expand out and injure yourselves.
I channel raiton chakra towards my left arm, and suiton chakra towards the other. I combine the two to create storm chakra, I mold the chakra into a dense sphere of storm chakra in one point upfront of me. I make sure I keep the sphere under my chakra control so it doesn't get out of control.

I start off by gathering my raw chakra throughout my entire body, I then mold the gathered raw chakra into a portion of water release chakra and a portion of lightning release chakra, I then combine the two and form it into storm release chakra, I then release the storm chakra before at a set pace, streaming small bits of chakra at a time so that I maintain its flow, I then form the released storm chakra into a dense sphere of storm before me, one that is pretty compact, as the sphere starts to take form I slow down the release of my chakra until I eventually stop streaming it into the sphere so that the sphere of storm wouldn't expand to much and end up hurting me.
