Well youre gonna learn Storm Release, well all my customs, but we're starting from the lower ranks and working our way up. Let's start off.

(Ranton: Raikou "Drops")-Storm Release:Lightning Drops
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra Cost:10 (-15 for every turn active)
Damage Points:20 (+10 every turn active)
Description:The user will gather raiton and suiton chakra, then release it into the clouds. Then they will manipulate the clouds, causing rain drops to fall. These rain drops are filled with small bolts of concentrated lightning. When hit, the lightning will give the opponent small bolts of electricity, that will stun them.
Note:A powerful fire enough (B-Rank or above) can neutralize the rain drops
Note: If there is no clouds, then this can not be performed
Note: If not stopped in 5 turns, the opponent will be paralyzed
Note: Can only be used 2 times a battle
Note: Must be taught by McAfeezy

(Ranton: Sutatikku Tamas)-Storm Release: Static Bullets

Description:The user will gather raiton chakra and suiton chakra into their mouth. Then they will combine them, creating water bullets filled with lightning inside their mouth. Then the user will shoot these bullets at the opponent, on contact the will explode, leaving the opponent wet, and continuously shocked, due to the lightning.
Note: Effects last for 2 turns

Note: Can not use any Storm Techniques up to B-Rank the following turn.

Tell me what you think each jutsu does based off it's description.

The first one is more of a supplementary/offensive technique, where the user manipulates his surroundings (The clouds) to his advantage, sort of make the field a stormy one Lol, this technique would also paralyze the opponent if he/she does not take the necessary precautions to stop it of cause.

The second one is more of an attacking technique obviously somewhat like a water bullet with the properties of lightning included to give it that stormy power.

The third one is just a killing technique more for the ending of the battle sort of technique.

Should I perform them all? Because I totally understand them all.

What is black lightning?

Black lightning is the special form of regular lightning which was created and formed by the 3rd Raikage, the 3rd then passed the black lightning down to Darui, and they were supposedly the only users of this form of lightning release, black lightning basically has the same elemental strengths and weaknesses as regular lightning but only mainly differs in its color and form.

(Raiton: Zeus' Kuroi Yari)- Lightning Release: Zeus' Black Spear

Description: The user gathers black lightning into their hand. They then manipulate it, causing it to become a spear of pure black lightning. The user then throws this spear at the target, on contact it will impale the target, while continuously shocking them. I start of by gathering my chakra throughout my entire body, I then mold the gathered raw chakra into piercing and fast black lightning, I then channel this black lightning within into my right hand, I then manipulate it and cause it to become a spear of pure black lightning, I then release the spear at a nearby random tree, the spear of black lightning then slams into the tree and expands, piercing the entire tree while also roasting it to a crisp.

Description:The user will gather black lightning into their hand. They will then compress it, molding it into a ball. The user will then let the ball rise up above the battle field. Then the user will make the tiger handseal, causing the ball to explode, raining several different jungle animals, made of pure black lightning, down upon the battlefield. These animals are giant and seemingly unavoidable. These animals aren't made to move, but to crush and electrocute multiple targets over a large scale. After completed, the user will faint and no longer be able to continue, unless treated.
Note: Usable 1 time a battle
Note: User can't continue after use.

Well I don't want you to perform it because of obvious reasons, but please explain in your own words.

- The technique is basically done by the user releasing a sphere of black lightning into the sky, the user would cause the orb to explode into multiple wild jungle animals which would rain down onto the battlefield and electrocute everyone on the battlefield be sides the user.

- This is a large scale technique which is very risky to use, one should only use it when he seriously is in trouble, for eg. Facing an army by himself.

- Definitely cannot be used in short - mid range, for the user might electrocute himself by these large animals.
