Ok.So the trick with this jutsu is to do this handseals

Then you lift your arms towards the coming lightning.It could be from every direction but your arms have to face it.The secret behind the jutsu is that you are going to absorb the opponents lightning jutsu and used it as lightning chakra reserve instead of using your own lightning chakra.Note it works only until including A rank jutsus.It cannot absord S or Forbbiden rank.After you have absorbed the jutsu you have to release it.

Yeah that is one of the ways.So the secret behind the jutsu is molding earth chakra.Backside is you have to keep your contact with the earth.You put your hands on the ground and start to mold earth chakra until the golem form you want is created.How many closed eyes you have depends how many eyes the golem will have-1 or 2.If you make two golems each golem will ahve one eye.The main think is to keep your hands on the ground,keeping the focus on the golem and from there let your imagination wild.You can regenirate limbs create extra such but 2 eyes is the max and yours must be close(think of how Gaara uses his Sand Eye).Keep your eye/eyes closed, otherwise either the golem will disappear or the eyes on the golem will close.

I start by gathering a large amount of my chakra throughout my entire body, I then mold the gathered raw chakra into earth release chakra while also placing my hand onto the ground, I then release the Earth chakra into the ground and manipulate a section of the earth before me to turn into a large golem, as the golem is created, I place my left hand onto my left eye, so that the golem generates an eye of his own, I then manipulate the golem as I see fit.

Good you got the principle once again but you have to keep both your hands on the ground .I meant the Gaara example for you to see how he is able to see when the eye is closed.It is the same thing but you close your eye/eyes insteaad of putting hands on them.
With this you have mastered both CJ you wanted to learn so now you can use them freely.
