Hyouton/Futon: Kaze Okan Nohara | Ice Style/Wind Style: Wind Chill Field
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: With a single handseal, immediately after using an ice jutsu, the user can coat the ice jutsu with a layer of wind, that will protect the ice from lighting attacks and prevent it from shattering. In order to successfully perform it, the user must train the handseal and be able to string it with the handseals of the ice jutsu, so that it seems like it's only one sequence of handseals. With the wind layer, ice can finally fight with lighting at the same rank. Since the wind is covering the ice, it still has the double advantage against water, meaning that is still can freeze it due to the low temperature, but it becomes weaker to fire attacks because the fire would use the wind coating as fuel to burn the ice quicker and before the melted water manages to evaporate the fire.
Note: The rank of Wind itself would be A at maximum potential
Note: Can only be used thrice per battle
Note: Only McRazor can teach this

Ok, since lightning is a nuisance against us Ice users here's a way how to prevent them. Basically, after you use an ice jutsu you coat the ice technique with a layer of wind that will cancel out the lightning before it manages to shatter the ice. The wind is A rank meaning that it can protect the ice from S rank lightning. Once the lightning fails, the ice technique continues with its intended purpose. However, this raises a problem against fire techniques because it melts easier. Pro tip, use an ice jutsu in your first turn and wait for your opponent to slip. Make something that forms around him and once he does the lightning make a new move saying that you string your handseals into one sequence in order to protect the ice as it's forming. GGWP

As I perform some random ice release technique requiring a sequence of hand seals to perform, I perform an extra hand seal in a fluid motion right after the performance of the first set of hand seals while also releasing a sum of my ice/wind chakra into the close surroundings of the previous performed ice technique, upon release of the chakra, a coat of icy wind takes form all around the ice and protects it from any incoming lightning techniques, thus allowing the ice technique to continue towards the target as the wind chill field cancels out the conductivity of the defending/counter lightning move of the target.

Question: I am sure that this technique can be used on non-hand seal techniques, and the user would only require to perform the 1 hand seal after he performs the Ice Release technique, but just wanna make sure, so can it be used with Ice techniques that doesn't require handseals to perform?

Yeah, you obviously just perform this one.

Yeah, you obviously just perform this one.
I just wanted to ask a question, since people be asking for questions even if you already stated that you understand :|.

(Hyouton: Ken Tarrloc) Ice Release: Blades of Tarrloc
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank:A
Range:Short
Chakra:30
Damage:60
Description:The user will first perform one handseal. As the handseal is completed a dome of water will form around the user. The water dome is transparent and thus doesn't block the vision of the user. After the dome forms the user will then gather wind chakra and repeatedly punch the water in front of them. As they punch the user will release the wind chakra into the water. The wind chakra cools the water and turns it into ice. The user will shape the ice into six inch long blades. The blades will shoot forward towards the target.
-Usable thrice per battle.
-No Ice above A rank in the next turn.
-Can only be taught by -Yashiro-

Simple really, perform a single hand seal at first and cause a layer of transparent water to form all around you in a dome formation, due to the transparency of the water, your vision cannot be hindered, and would allow you to still pin-point your targets position for the upcoming attack, once the target is in sight, you deliver a few punches towards the target and release six inch long blades of wind, that would proceed to hit through the water, mix with it, and form the blades into sharp blades of pure Ice.

Well, since rules are rules, please perform the technique and throw in a couple of advantages and disadvantages please.

lolwat

I perform a single handseal and create a water dome around me. Then I punch in front of me releasing wind from my hands. The wind passes through the water, mixes and crates some blades of ice.

This is obviously a 2 stage technique, meaning that the components can be used separately, is it not? If my opponent attacks me with S rank fire, can I create the water shield to extinguish the fire and then punch bare wind? That's basically two techniques by only posting one. Broken as ****.

It is a 2 stage technique, but rather I would think that when the water dome part is used to defend against an S Ranked fire technique, the sum of chakra built up for the technique would have to be forced into the water part of the technique for the water to be of an A Ranked Nature, thus not allowing you to actually make use of the wind blades.

Ok then, so I guess we are done here until my time for le Seahorses come :snick:

Or unless you have anything else you wanna teach this good old fella?

Ok, I missed a rank, but it would be possible against A rank fire?
