I'd like to learn such a move ((Raiton: Raitoninguāmu)) because, I always want to learn more and more techs, this move though caught my interest, by the mere fact that if your target dodges one of the arm, you can simply just branch two more of said arm.

*Castiel's reply struck a cord with Yahiko, he's reasoning was sound and honest. Well then, looks like it is time to get down to business. This is a simple jutsu, utilising basic elemental manipulation and some slightly higher level shape manipulation. How about you give it a try? Perform the Seal of Confrontation with one hand and charge your Raiton chakra up in the other, releasing a dense bolt of lightning from it. Shape the forward point so it looks like a hand, fingers and all, making it big enough to easily wrap around an opponent. Be sure to maintain a constant flow of raiton chakra to keep the bolt connected to you and for an extra suprise I'll get you to do later. Try it against that tree trunk, grabbing hold of it and burning it to a crisp.
Castiel begins by performing the Seal of Confrontation with my right hand, and charging my raiton chakra in my left hand, thus doing that I release a dense bolt of lighting, I use shape manipulation on the forward point of the lighting bolt to turn it into a hand with five fingers. I make sure I keep a constant stream of raiton chakra into the hand, I also make sure it's big enough to wrap around a human, but for the time being I send the hand towards that tree trunk grabbing and burning it to a crisp.

That was very good my friend. Now, I want you to try it out on my clones. They will stand side by side and use a water jutsu to move themselves off to the right and left respectively. Branch two arms of the original one and catch both of them. *As Yahiko says this two shadow clones appear in front of Castiel, standing just outside of short range, standing side by side to each other.*
They'll use:
( Suiton: Mizu Hashira Suiryoku no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Pillar Thrust

Castiel begins by performing the Seal of Confrontation with his right hand, and charging my raiton chakra in my left hand, thus doing that he releases a dense bolt of lighting, he then uses shape manipulation on the forward point of the lighting bolt to turn it into a hand with five fingers. he make sure he keeps a constant stream of raiton chakra into the hand, he also make sure it's big enough to wrap around a human, as he said that he notices the two clones that have been lifted to higher ground thanks to the water jutsu, from there Castiel, sends his chakra into the lighting arm, in focus that two arms branch off and catch both of them, burning both of them to a crisp.

Description: While performing the Seal of Confrontation, the user channels their lightning chakra into their arm, to create a dense bolt of lightning that they will direct to shoot out at the opponent. The user then creates five fingers so that the leading front of the lightning, takes on the shape of a hand which can be use to grab the opponent or other objects where they will be burned by the lightning and receive a strong shock. The user can branch off up to two extra arms from the original lightning bolt that can grab other nearby objects or opponents, this ability can be used to great effect if the opponent manages to doge the initial arm where by the user will shoot off a new arm from the original bolt to attempt to grab them a second time. The lightning arm is a bolt similar in size to the 'leash' of between the user and hound in the Lightning Beast Running Technique that will form a hand large enough to wrap around a human sized torso. The secondary arms can only be broken off the original arm and are both similar in size and can only reach targets within the mid-range radius of the user.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta.
- The original arm and subsequent secondary arms will only be able to reach targets within mid-range of the user no matter where the secondary arms break off they can still only reach targets within mid-range of the user.
- Must hold the Seal of Confrontation in order to keep the jutsu active while continuing to channel the lightning bolt through their free arm. If the user breaks the Seal of Confrontation or cancels the flow of lighting through their free arm, the jutsu will no longer operate.
- Can be used six times per battle.
