(Suiton: Fudō no Mizu Burokku) - Water Release: Immovable Water Block

Description: The user will perform the Bird and Tiger seals and create a water block out of the moisture in the air and their chakra under their feet. By condensing the water, they can create a block momentarily to use as a stepping stone, allowing aerial maneuverability.

A rather simple technique, you perform the hand seals after getting into the air somehow either by a prior technique which does so, say Hurricane Fist or simply by jumping and materialize a block of water under your feet. After you create this water, condense the substance making it hard and capable of withstanding a normal person for a few seconds, sort of like an ice cube.

I use Hurricane Fist to lunch myself into the air.
-I start by performing the hand seals Bird -> Tiger, I then gather a small amount of suiton chakra beneath my feet, I then proceed to materialize a small block under my feet, I condense the water thus making it hard and making it capable of supporting my weight on it for a few seconds..-​

Okay good. I honestly expected a bit more but I blame myself for not putting enough depth into my explanation. xD

Some things I feel you should remember about this technique:
- It only has the ability to sustain you for a small frame in time, not a few seconds. It materializes under your feet into a block, you push off the block and it disintegrates into water again, meaning you can't stand on it after creating it. Think of it as a small stepping stone; it's size is only about 1/2 a meter in a cube, you can use it in a tight space.
- There is no limit to how many times you can use this jutsu, so you can bounce all around your target in the air if you wanted to. It's a great jutsu for aerial maneuvers and I'm sure you can get some great uses out of it.

With that in mind, I want you to give me some situations where you may find this technique useful. Try to include at least two examples of where it could be used.

I probably wouldn't have used it the second time, using it in that motion would give your target some time to think of something to counter that, considering the build-up you're using to reach that height just to make a Chidori. But nonetheless, good job, I personally probably wouldn't have thought of that last one, haha. As expected of my student.

The user constantly expels wind chakra from their body, creating a current of wind which revolves around them. The purpose of the technique is to give the user extra maneuverability so they can become more agile with their movements, allowing them to swiftly move around people and small projectiles. The wind revolving around the user is only strong enough to make the user more agile, and doesn't protect against anything. The technique only increases one's flexibility allowing them to move around these things, it doesn't allow for any speed increments. If used on a person, the velocity of the current can knock them off their feet.
Notes:
- Can only be used five times a match.

I think you'll like this one, I know I will when I eventually get around to using it. Basically what you do is create a constant stream of wind which circulates around you, which increases your flexibility when running and performing abilities. Basically using this technique, it allows you to move around either people, objects or small projectiles with the wind supporting you allowing you to do so. It's sort of like in a sports game like Basketball where you weave around someone using your body's natural momentum and flow if you struggle to think of how it's done.

-performs rock clone technique-
Use it on the clone I just created, try to knock the clone off it's feet using your natural momentum by weaving around the target, using your Wind chakra to knock them off after swerving around them.

I think you'll like this one, I know I will when I eventually get around to using it. Okay good one. Just remember that this can't give you speed increments nor does it defend against anything. So if I were to throw a kunai at you, this technique won't prevent it, the wind releasing from your body wouldn't be strong enough to stop it from hitting you. It's simple to just use this technique to dodge it, but it's not going to work on techniques which are either a constant stream of barrage, like say, Endless Rain of Senbon since they can just move it's direction and still hit you.

Yeah, I'll keep that in mind.

Well I'd use it to get in close range and maybe get behind my target quick and easy, then using a taijutsu, punch or something like striking their back, causing an amount of pain.

I try my best to enlighten my pupils to the best of my ability, so no mistakes happen when they come across using the techniques. But I kind of wanted you to name techniques to use but it's not that big a deal.

But just remember that because this is a technique I developed moreso to get into close range, you can use it to get around something in a short amount of time. Say you've just used a technique which takes time to develop, say Earth Flow Rampart and your opponent uses something small as a distraction so you can't fully go through with it, you can use this to get around the technique, so long as it's a projectile and relatively small in size. Since you're only using the wind chakra to aid your movement, you shouldn't need to apply the weakness of fire chakra to it, nor the strength against lightning chakra, although I wouldn't recommend using this technique on a fire technique, getting close to fire is a bad thing. xD

So when you're ready, we'll move on with the last technique I'll be giving you.

By doing so, you'll want to try and manipulate the inner ear with your induced genjutsu by making me dizzy and unable to stand. Seeing as this is genjutsu, I want you to be descriptive with the effects you're putting on me. How are you making me dizzy, the effects of the dizziness and so on.
