Customs Question O_o

I have a question that i've pondered about for 2 days now, (I've looked through the rules and guidelines, yet i still couldnt find an answer), is it possible for me to submit a custom jutsu/weapon if i do not have a bio yet? i am trying to do some work on my bio but its not close to being finished, so want to know if i can submit jutsus/weapons before i get my bio accepted~


EDIT: also if my character has an special ability, do i have to submit that as a custom jutsu, specialty, or can it be in the bio?

no, you cant. you require to have a bio to well, do anything that has to have something with RP. xd

How can you submit customs if you don't have training (bio)? You have to be trained up to the rank of the element/style of the custom you want create (Ex: I want to make a B-rank Earth custom but I am only up to C-rank Earth, so i can't make the custom).

You need a bio to RP. You can't submit custom techniques if you're not in the RP system. Custom Jutsu is your character creating a jutsu. A jutsu can't be created if a character isn't there to create it.

Depends, if eg. a special ability is to use a KG, eg. sharingan, you need to fill the requirements in the rules and info section. If requirements are met, include the KG in the bio.

Alright thanks, but the thing is that my special ability isnt a KG from naruto world, its more like an ability in my character of another anime so im still not too sure on that point :|

Ok, My character has an ability that lets him emmit a concentrated beam of "energy" or in this case shall we say "chakra" to attack the enemy, as well as a move called "guts" that can let him withstand a deathly blow but with minor injuries at the cost of some energy... so yes this is pretty much what i would want to know if it can or cant be usable in my bio...
