First one;

(Katon: Eien No Zōka-en No Hinotama) Fire Release: Fireball of Eternally Increase Flames
Type: Offensive
Rank: A-rank
Range: Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user inhales a massive amount of air, then turns it into fire before quickly exhaling it in a thin stream with a tiny fireball at the end. As the fireball nears its target, flames jump violently from the stream, grabbing nearby oxygen molecules in the air to use as fuel before joining it again soon after, like a solar prominence. The flames jump out and gather more quickly and get much hotter as it travels, making this jutsu a long range one, as it grows in size and power with distance. If the fireball hits an object, its jumping flames will swirl around the object, engulfing it in flames. If the target is a person, the flames will engulf the person and feed off the oxygen surrounding them while the oxygen in their lungs will exit them due to the vacuum effect and lack of oxygen outside the body.
Notes:
- Can only be used twice per-battle.
- Can only be taught by Nathan.

Okay, this is a good jutsu.
But anyway; how to perform it. This jutsu is best to be used at long range.
I want you to inhale a huge amount of air while gather your fire chakra in your mouth, as you do that I want you to breath out a thin stream of fire with a tiny fireball on the end, as the fire ball nears your target, flames from the stream will jump out and grab all the nearby oxygen molecules in the air that will add to the fuel. If this jutsu hits an object it will swirl around it, engulfing it in flames; but if it hits a person it will swirl/engulf the person as well as feeding off their oxygen, and they lose breath fast cause of the vacuum effect.

I begin by drawing in a large amount of air via my mouth, as I do this, I simultaneously gather fire chakra and store it for a minimal amount of time within the same portion. Upon doing so, I instantly breathe a narrow stream of fire with a tiny fireball located at the end of this substance, as the fire ball closes on my opponent, flames from the stream will jump out and almost absorb all of the oxygen molecules within it's proximity in the atmosphere and fuel the fire. As this hits the opponent in this instance, it will swirl around him and tighten it's grasp, feeding off their oxygen. Due to this, they lose their breath rapidly and fall unconscious.

Pros: It's good in a lot of scenarios, as this technique makes the opponent have oxygen levels decline in their body, which is essential to battle and without it, they would fall uncoscious, allowing the user to easily finish them off, with another jutsu.

Cons: The chances of this jutsu on it's own, successfully working could be minimal unless combined with something which benefits it, since the opponnent would be able to extinguish it before reaching due to the fact it is fairly slow to fully take effect.

Description:
After the user users Fire Release: Fireball of Eternally Increase Flames. The user performs the required hand seals. The user will make immense fire-stream turn upright and rotate clockwise, while making the flaming prominence rotate counter-clockwise, appearing as if the fire arms are continuously wrapping the fire-stream, while creating a jet-stream effect, further feeding the technique. The jumping flames leap out from bottom of the flaming prominence' and get sucked into the top of the fire funnel, creating a cloak of moving fire surrounding the vortex itself. After casting this jutsu, it will become self-sustaining, while growing hotter and faster.
Notes:
- Must have used Fire Release: Fireball of Eternally Increase Flames before using this.
- Can only be used once per match.
- Takes one turn to become self-sustaining.
- Self-sustaining only lasts one turn after this technique is used.
- Can only be taught by Nathan.


With this; I want you to perform some seals, then you will make the fire that your previously made around my clone to turn upright and rotate clockwise, while making the flaming prominence rotate counter-clockwise, appearing as if the fire arms are continuously wrapping the fire-stream. Doing this will create a jet like stream effect, while you're feeding the fire flames will jump out from the bottom of the flame tornado and creating a small extra layer around the fire tornado. Note it will be come self-sustaining but takes one turn.

Once the target is trapped inside this, it would be pretty impossible to escape as it grows hotter and faster, and you lose oxygen fast as hell.

Also, it takes one turn to become self-sustaining which is good.

Doing this will create a jet like stream effect, while I'm feeding the fire flames will jump out from the bottom of the flame tornado and creating a small extra layer around the fire tornado.

Adv: It's self sustaining

Disadv: Requires the usage of *insert the technique I learnt above* O^O

    A: Considering it only takes one handseal to perform this technique, seems rather quick and useful.
    A: Can be used at least three times.
    D: Target could question, how out of nowhere two waves of water appeared, and considering they are "large" waves, I'd think you would need a water source for something like that?
  • One battle use
    Make the enemy believe waves are coming at them, when really you are performing a lighting technique or something of the latter.
