My favorite are the retractible and extendable spears but you can choose either or.

Ok first thing first, the good thing about it being extendable, is that you can still wield it like a sword (by only having one end extended) although it will be blunt, and you won't be able to cut anything (unless you use the tip) so this next techinque Gets around that con.
Firstly I want you to have only one side extended. Then I want you to channel wind chakra into the spear, and cover it with a "shroud", imagine the shroud being sharp like a sword and cover your spear with this shroud.

The user channels Wind chakra into their spear/s and covers most of their spear in a sharp wind "shroud"(apart from where the users hands are holding the spear), which can cut through normal rock. This technique can be used almost instantly (takes a second to cover the spear).
-Lasts for 3 turns
-Twice per battle
-The user cannot use any S-rank or higher wind jutsu for 1 turn after it is deactivated.
-Can only be taught by Ragerok.

Ok next jutsu requires you to charge your spear with static electricity and throw it anywhere in short range. I'll fire a lightning jutsu at you so you need to learn fast xd

Sending lightning through the ground at you. Charge your spear with lightning and throw it anywhere in short range away from you.
*I grip my spear hard and force a a great amount of lightning chakra into the spear and then the lightning spreads out throughout the spear. I then throw it in front of me in short range.*

*The lightning jutsu redirects to the spear and disappears, I use the lightning jutsu again and it goes to the spear again and disappears*

Description: The user charges a metal spear with Static electricity and throws the spear anywhere in short range. All (this includes the users) B-rank and under Lightning jutsu are redirected to the spear and grounded into the earth.

-The spear goes back to normal, once it grounds two jutsu
-Must be taught by Ragerok
-This only affects Lightning jutsu that are in Short to Mid range.
Ok that's all for now, add those two to your custom jutsu thread saying I allowed you too. I'll make some more and i'll teach them to you when they get approved. I've gone over my weekly limit so I cnt submit the ones i've made yet.
Okay now, release the pressure by materializing a small but powerful water jet that goes in a straight line and fires where the tip is pointing. Before you release it, keep both hands on the spear and aim at those rocks and that tree in short-range.

I aim my spear at the rock behind me. I release my built up chakra from the tip of my spear and make it travel into a straight. concentrated, and powerful jet of water.
The Rocks basically erode away!
I then build up more chakra into the tip of my spear and release a concentrated jet of water at the nearby tree.
The Tree is destroyed.
