Custom Tsunade: Tsunade has trained and is able to open the first six of the eight inner Gates. She has mastered Slug Sage Mode, which gives her the benefits of any other SM (enhanced reflexes, durability, etc.) as well as the ability to summon 10% Katsuyu on her own.

Why doesn't she beat Obito? SM sensing means that she will sense when Obito is in this dimension, and land a quick counterattack when he tries to warp her. Reflexes from SM combined with crazy speed granted by Gates means Tsunade is going to land a hit.

Naruto couldn't sense Obito from dimensions, it's another world entirely.

Amatersu is the only MS to gives off pressure, so Kamui can't be sensed by anyone.

Not even JJ Madara was able to sense it, so now one can.

Kaguya failed too, that's how they got into her dimensions safely

Mokuton would bisect her too.

He's overall stronger than anyone in this gauntlet. In a 1 vs 1 battle the only who could win is Obito, but even that is debatable.

OT : Itachi still beats her with mid difficulty, she still has no counter to Genjutsu or Amaterasu. She might stand a chance against Minato with SM sensing and 10% Katsuyu. SM Tsunade beating anyone else in this list is as laughable as it gets.

No counter to genjutsu? Please, she closes her eyes and navigates using her SM sensing. Amaterasu is dodged easily since with gates she is super fast. Susano'o is destroyed with a powerful punch or kick (which is much stronger because its enhanced by Sage Mode and Gates.

She isn't getting past Yata no Kagami. She might be fast enough to evade his attacks, but overtime she would either get outlasted or Itachi grabs her with his Susano'O and seals her for eternity.

She isn't beating any of them, unless her speed in the 6th gate is equal to V1 Ay's. With a speed like this she could probably beat Minato with SM restricted. ( and Itachi as well, though that's still debatable )
