Chakra cost: 40 to summon, 10 each time wielder uses special abilities

Description: The Ruyi Jingu Bang, commonly called the Power Pole, is a magical staff imbued with chakra obtained by Sun Wukong from the undersea palace of Ao Guang, the Dragon King of the East Sea. It's appearance is a simple gold (color may be different for each wielder) rod made of iron and is indestructible. The rod itself has two special abilities: the first most basic ability is that it can extend and retract at quick speeds at the wielder's will. The second ability is that the staff is a natural conduit for many types of chakra (only one type of chakra can be channeled into the staff at one time). The user cannot use jutsus of the specific elemental chakra that is currently being channeled into the staff. Both abilities can only be used when the wielder is touching the staff and only by those that have mastered the powers of the Power Pole.
~The user must maintain contact with the staff at least every three turns. If not, the staff will automatically disperse itself as a fail-safe to prevent anyone from stealing its physical form. The user can't use any other summoning jutsu in the same battle.

I would love the opportunity to fight with a rod/pole type weapon. Not a lot of people on the base fight with weapons like this, since they mostly have swords and other easier to handle weapons. But what really made me want to use a weapon like this is Dragon Ball. I just re-watched the series and I realized how cool a power pole would be to use or make, so I made a custom and submitted it, not knowing you already made it. Just the versatility of this weapon by extending and retracting, covering all ranges of the field makes this so valuable.
