Description: The user will perform the dog hand seal then wave either their left or right hand as they do this shuriken made of water that is hardened using the users chakra ,similar to the way water dagger jutsu works, the shuriken will spin at 20 miles an hour as they are formed in front of the user, the shuriken are 8 inches wide and a inch thick,then the user will push their hand foward causing 10 shuriken grouped together at first to launch at the opponent and can be controlled,but can only change direction once.
Notes/Restrictions
-Require one turn breaks
-Doesn't require a water source
-Can only be taught by Sonnelion

I want you to focus water chakra into your hands while weaving the dog hand sign...
*waits until you're done*
Now wave your dominant hand while releasing the chakra in the shape of several shuriken.
*Creates clone and sends him into mid-range*

*I begin by weaving the dog hand-seal and gather my chakra into both my hands. As I gather my chakra, I then convert that chakra into water chakra. Once I've gathered enough and seeing the clone coming into mid-range, I wave my right hand and release the water chakra but, using shape manipulation, I change the form of the water into the form of several shuriken made of water and send them forward towards the clone. Manipulating the shuriken with my chakra, I have them attack the clone from different directions(At 6, 2, 8 , 9 , 10, 3, and 4 o' clock), cutting and stabbing his body with each shuriken dealing damage like regular shuriken. Afterwards, I release the technique and the shuriken reverts back into a formless state.*
