Perform the technique: *I first perform the needed handseals while focusing my suiton chakra into my arms after finishing I calmly bend down to the lake and release the chakra into the water afterwards I stand up and extend my right arm outwards causing the newly chakra infused water to form a sphere in my palm. After that is complete I make the water spin rapidly I then send the rapidly spinning water into a nearby boulder's crack after a few seconds the water causes it to crack further and finally split in half.*

Perform the technique: *I first focus more chakra into the soles of my feet after a few seconds I transform it to suiton chakra. After a few seconds I release the chakra into the water source I send the chakra into long range before moving my arms to cause the chakra to respond as this happens the whirlpool begins to form. After a few seconds the whirlpool is fully formed. I then quickly end the jutsu after a minute or so of watching the whirlpool.*

  • Can be used as a trap as in your description
  • Can be used to escape a stronger jutsu as a last resort of course .

  • Requires a water source

(Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds

Description:After performing the Ram ? Snake ? Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

A supplementary jutsu. The user after performing the required hand seals will create a black mist cloud right above the opponent where its size is just big enough to cover a short range of where it is placed but the cloud itself can be moves up to mid range of your own location. The black cloud will begin to rain a flammable substance (oil). It does not cause any restriction of movement but its main purpose is to ignite it with fire to completely burn the opponent severely. Now if you are ever caught using a full body wind jutsu can easily blow the oil away.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar ? Dog ? Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Basic technique the user does 3 hand seals and controls water veins that run down a mountain making it very location based to use properly. Water will begin to fall from it creating a water fall. The more chakra you send the larger the water fall itself can become. This can be used to set up certain water techniques that require a water source being a good source. It can make your presence if you hide behind it, it be hard for the opponent to find you as well as you can do a surprise attack. Though with sensory and dojutsu users would not be the best idea to do.


(Suiton: Mizu Tsurudan) - Water Release: Water Tendril Bullets

Description: The user will manipulate one of their water clones to dissolve back to water and turn into four pointed projectiles that shoot at the target.
Note: Must create a water clone before hand.

After making a water clone it will go close to the opponent and by the will of the opponent, the clone will dissolve back into water and suddenly 4 projectile which are quite sharp will act to try and impale the opponent. You must have a water clone first before you do this tech. You can use the clone to get in close to the opponent making evasion much more difficult to perform. Its also a sudden technique so it can deceive the opponent if used correctly. Its a straightforward tech and after the projectiles have been sent your done from their and you can continue to another tech.

Perform the technique: * I first perform the needed handseals while focusing suiton chakra all throughout my body I then release it all although not visible to the naked eye it forms a concentrated cloud of raw suiton chakra that I then begin to bring my hands together signaling for my chakra to change to water droplet's and compress to a cloud. After this is done I change the components to make it flammable then I spread my arms out to signal for my chakra infused cloud to spread out over a tree after I send it over to it. After this is complete I throw a lighter on top of the tree causing it to set on fire.*

-Could be used to blind opponent

Perform the technique: *I quickly run over to a large plateau stopping just below the top of the plateau after this is done I begin to channel suiton chakra into my hands while I perform the needed handseals after this is done and I finish building up my chakra I slam my palms releasing the chakra creating an impression in the shape of palms in the mountain after less than a second a large crack forms in the mountain running the length of mid-range after this happens a large amount of water squirts out of the mountain before returning to a gentle rush that a waterfall has. I then jump off the plateau face and leap of faith style then flip at the last second and land on the ground below leaving a impression on the ground.*

Perform the technique: *I first focus chakra into my hands while performing the handseals needed to perform water clone jutsu I then release the chakra through my feet as this happens water begins to stand up slowly forming a copy of me after this is done I direct him to face towards a tree I then make him dissolve back into water as this is done I make the water float in mid-air after this I split it into 4 parts I then compact it and change it's shape into large senbon like objects. After this I send it at a tree 12 feet away, it pierces the tree within seconds of firing it after which it dissolves back into water.*

-A good counter attack
-Doesn't require handseals/signs

-Can be dodged pretty easy
-Must perform Water Clone Jutsu before hand

Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

Okay a straightforward technique. After doing some quick body movement attacks, like punches and kicks. You will finally launch the opponent in the air and while the opponent is airborne the user will concentrate water chakra in their palm and swing it towards the hanging opponent releasing a crescent blade of water which will act to impale the opponent on contact. Now this is a basic technique and very good for close range usage. Having good speed and fluid movement would work well with this jutsu, using drunken fist would be a great combo. An opponent in the air has very little they can do. Ways to counter is if the opponent gets in close range, you can use a armor to hurt their fist. One of the many counters.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then they create water to rise up from the ground beneath the target lifting them into the air.

A simple but handy jutsu. It can be used quickly without a hand seals or water source. You can rise a pillar of below the opponent to send them high into the air which from their you can send an attack. Its great for combos. Also you can even use it for yourself to send you mid-air and evade certain attacks and since it causes no damage you can send a attack with no hesitation. If user ever against you, one thing you can do is send a stream of wind to push yourself back to evade attacks.

Perform the technique: *I first charge more chakra into my feet to increase my speed I then run across the water's surface as drawing my fist back as I get into short range I first throw two jabs with my left hand then uppercut the clone into the air launching it I then run getting under him and kick him into the air like the beginning of primary lotus I then focus suiton chakra into my hand as quickly as possible, after this I swing my right arm from the left to the right releasing the water in the shape of a crescent towards the clone's mid-section cutting right through causing it to revert back into water.*
Creative uses/strengths:
-Basically a combo that sets up other combos
-Can be used quickly
-Punching and kicking isn't weak against fire
-Even if opponent dodges basic attack most likely won't be able to block jutsu in time

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

A very basic jutsu. First of all it requires one hand seal and it can only work short range. This is a very large risk to take because though its one hand seal a opponent can easily use a taijutsu move before you fully perform the technique. Its a basic short range attack and nice to use. The user will create a water around their arm and send a projectile bullet which acts to forcefully push the opponent back. Its also fast moving bullet, if you are able to fully perform the technique then evasion is very difficult. A nice jutsu I recommend trying to restrict the opponents movement so you can fully perform it accurately.


( Suiton: Seisuiryu ) - Water Release: Azure Water Stream

Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

Okay this is actually a handy jutsu but is misused many times. The user will simply create a pool of water beneath them which acts to carry the opponent forward. Not side to side, it acts to only move one direction towards the opponent. Its good to evade certain techniques. Now when you reach the opponent, you take out your sword and slash him up to bits. Its a fast acting jutsu so its hard for the opponent to note come in contact though the pool can only move mid range at most. Its a nice jutsu to use for close range battle. A simple counter which you can turn into a offense is electrifying the water, shock the opponents feet.

Perform the technique: *walks over next to a tree then focuses chakra into my right arm while performing the needed handseal then I crouch down getting into a low stance with my right arm pulled back I then coat my arm in the focused chakra as it is sent out I convert it into suiton chakra. It changes into water form after then transition is complete after which I punch the tree with my fist on contact I release the chakra in the form of a fist sized cylinder-like water bullet smashing the tree in half sending it crashing down into the river diverting some of the water.*

Okay a streaming water technique meaning you will have to keep constant control over its movement and where you send it. You will basically send a stream of water towards the opponent which acts to lash or whip the opponent and send the back some meters. Now its hard to evade since its streaming so you can specifically aim and control as long as you remain focused. Blocking is the best thing to do for this jutsu as a line of defense.


( Suiton: Shawa ) - Water Release: Showers

Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

This is a very useful technique. The user will use water vapor in the air wot create many water projectile attacks. They are very sharp as well as powerful. They can be made anywhere around short-mid range of the user and can be sent anywhere. Since they are projectile based attacks you can use them with combos. Masking kunais would be a smart but basic idea. They are guided by the swing of the users hand when aiming. It is very fast to perform as well as fast moving, perks include how simple but effective it is as well as no water source. Simple blocking of the projectiles can be used.

After this is done I condense the chakra into a water orb inside of my mouth I then open my mouth and push the orb towards the front of my mouth I then put my hand up to my mouth changing the form of one end of the orb into a handle I then grab it with my right hand after this I pull it out and to my right side as it exits my mouth I change it into the shape of a whip and wrap it around the tree before pulling hard splitting it where the whip was. Once this is done I release the jutsu turning it back into water and let the water drop into the river.*

- Can be used defensively, it's a whip so can latch on to stuff and move

Perform the technique: *I first focus suiton chakra into my hands after this is done I release the chakra into the air above me it goes up about 10 feet before I condense it around water droplets in the air creating bullet sized globules of water I then bring my right arm down causing the water droplets to suddenly launch at a nearly invisible speed at a nearby boulder. They all hit nearly at the same time causing the boulder to be riddled with hole weakening the structure to the point that huge crackes form and it crumbles into the river.*
Creative uses/strengths:
- Can be used fast, requires no hand seals
- Can be launched up to mid-range, allows the user to maintain a safe distance
- Is fast, great for sneak attacks

- Not very strong, it's C-ranked
- Can be deflected easy, self-explanatory
- Can only be launched in one direction, can't change their direction once launched

Basic technique after performing the 3 hand seals required the user will create a vortex around the palm of his hand, then with a thrust aiming towards the opponent he will release it in hopes to attack or defend the opponent. Now it has a couple of hand seals and overall may take some time you can look in the anime yourself to notice. Its nice streaming technique with an intent to harm the opponent in two ways, pushing them back with a powerful thrust, and getting the opponent wet. Other then this notes its basic.


(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

A very famous and destructive jutsu that really in my opinion is one of the bests in the suiton list. Now yes unless you specialize in water for your bio, you will have to complete all of those hand seals. After the hand seals is done the user will manipulate the near by water source to rise it and mold its shape to create a very powerful dragon. The user must remain focus during the performance and until he sends the dragon to the opponent. Now it has the raw power to seriously hurt the opponent as well as drench the area, depending on the terrain, where and what type of water source. Little to say its main purpose is to be as offensive as it can be. A huge downside to it is those hand seals. The amount of time to perform them would take very long, in the midst of battle.


(Suiton: Suiryuben) - Water Style: Water Dragon Whip

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

This is a useful technique, quick and easy as well. With the Tiger hand seal the user will create a orb to appear anywhere he/she desires, I recommend a little but close to you. Now while always remaining focused towards the orb the user will release multiple whips out of the orb directed all over the area where the opponent is. The whips are highly flexible and very fast pace. They can be released anywhere on the orb, and towards any part of the field since it deals a long range.

Perform the technique: *I first perform the needed handseals then I hold my wrist in my hand while my palm is facing the sky after this I focus suiton chaka into my right hand, hand facing the sky, as this is completed I quickly move the suiton chakra out of my body in the form of a large sphere of water. After this is done I add rotation to the water sphere causing it to change shape a little but mainly creates water rings around the ball as well as increasing the damage I then proceed to run at a tree jumping into the air I quickly come downwards at the tree's mid-section as it touches the tree it explodes into a water vortex ripping the tree apart.
Creative uses/strengths:
- Is powerful, B-ranked
- Can be used defensively, in description
- A good justu to combine with lightning techs.
Drawbacks/counters:
- Requires handseals, self-explanatory
- Can't counter rasengan due to strength, self-explanatory
- Can't be used as a counter unless you have time, due to hand seals.

Perform the technique: I first focus chakra into my hands to increase my hand speed I then begin performing the handseals at an increased speed while focusing chakra in my legs once I finish both I spread my stored suiton chakra into the river just as I finished the final handseal. After this I send my right arm forwards causing the chakra infused water to form a dragon head and charge forwards towards my clone, as soon as the wave/dragon head hits the clone it turns to water and goes with the wave until it fades in super long-range.
Creative uses/strengths:
- Is very strong, description
- Can be used defensively, it's a wave
- Covers all ranges, description
Drawbacks/counters:
- Requires handseals, description
- Takes time to prepare, description
- Can't be used a s a counter(quick), description describes handseals.

Perform the technique: *I focus suiton chakra into my hands about halfway through this I perform the needed handseal while finishing focusing the needed chakra after this is done I release the chakra above my head. After this is done I condense it into a large orb of water that I direct towards my clone who stands there realizing there's no point in running. The first thing I do is wrap my clone up with two of the tentacles then I have one of them go straight down towards his head with a pointed tip stabbing through the head making him turn into water I then release the jutsu after moving the orb to my right.
Creative uses/strengths:
- Can be used quickly, only one handseal
- Can be used to set up combos, controllable whips that can wrap opponent(s) up
- Hard to dodge, it's controllable
- Great for combos, wraps opponent up immobilizing him/her
Drawbacks/counters:
- Can't be used defensively, self-explanatory
- Can only be used to attack, look above
- Can't be used to dodge, because it's a floating orb of water that can't connect to you without doing damage.

Description: The user will do the Tiger handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out either a single very large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked or a series of up to 5 smaller yet faster bullets. The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.

This is a very convenient technique which has a large amount of mobility which is a reason why I like it. The user will do one hand seal and spew out a fast rotating ball of water towards the opponent. You can send 1-5 balls of water and the attack potency depends on just how much chakra you add onto it. Sending one bullet is much more powerful and has ability to rip through even the strongest defenses. While sending more but small bullets are much more faster as well as tougher to evade. You can use this tech as a finishing move or to distract the opponent sending projectile water bullets over and over again. It has a large amount of purpose. Ways to counter are simple, projectiles are usually straightforward so blocking is easy as well as certain evasion methods.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock.

One of the very simple techniques. The user after doing one quick hand seal will rise a large amount of water from the ground. The water is manipulated to form into a jet slice of water. The user can send it towards the opponent as a projectile. While it is moving it literally rips through ground towards the opponent. This can even effect the terrain to a extent by preventing the opponent from using the ground as freely as they want as well as since its cracked up even afterward it will remain so. I like to send lightning towards it to even crack around the ground and have a better attack potency. It can block through attacks while moving.

Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword into the ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.

Okay the user will send suiton chakra into their sword and jump into the air and when reaching the ground stab it in the ground causing a water pillar to rise up right under the opponent, this will send the opponent high into the air while pushing them back. Now Its a tough tech to decide to use, you will have to jump into the air first leaving you vulnerable to attacks, I recommend that to use this technique if you were on top of a summon and jump down a large summon and then use the technique. This way your less vulnerable and less prone to attack. Now when the pillars sets a gush of water will appear first then launch the opponent. Now when they are in the air you are left to continue quickly to another attack giving you full freedom. You will have to stab the sword though short range of the opponent in the ground so he/she will most likely have visual contact on you. This can have them anticipate your move, be weary.

Perform the technique: *I first build up chakra for a few seconds I then store suiton chakra in the form of a large water sphere that barely fits in my mouth I then make it spin in my mouth before compressing my abdomen sending it out of my mouth towards a large tree I then extend my palm outwards as fast as I can spreading my fingers out so that the ball of water separates out into five bullets that spread out just in time to poke five bullet sized holes through the tree creating a circle of light to shine down and into the water below.*
Creative uses/strengths:
-Can be performed quickly, no hand seals needed
- Can extinguish fire technique, water technique
-Can be used as a counter in short range, no hand signs needed
Drawbacks/counters:
-Can’t beat out an A-ranked or above fire tech, rank
-When you change the form to bullets it can’t act as a counter, self-explanatory
-Counter: any A-ranked fire jutsu, self-explanatory

Perform the technique:*I first focus chakra into my right foot while I perform the tiger handseal after this is done I quickly stomp my foot while releasing the stored suiton chakra into the river causing the newly chakra infused water to rise up in the form of a crescent that I “kick” and send flying at the tree with the five holes in it. As the water crescent goes through the tree it appears as if nothing was done but after a second or so the tree slowly splits one half falling on land the other falling into the river diverting the water.*
Creative uses/strengths:
-Can be performed relatively quickly, one hand seal
-Can be used to cut attacks in half instead of just counter them, the description tells what it’s like so if used defensively it should be obvious
-Combination: the user will use the lighning jutsu wave of inspiration then perform this water jutsu combining the two just before they strike the opponent.
Drawbacks/counters:
-Counter: any fire jutsu of A-rank or higher, self-explanatory
-Can’t be performed that fast, requires a handseal
-Counter: A defensive jutsu

Perform the technique:*I first draw one of my daggers from its holder on my back before focusing chakra into my hands while holding the dagger’s tip is facing the sky being held in both of my hands. After this done I quickly jump into the air, only 4 feet upwards but 7 feet to the right towards a large boulder, then slam my dagger into the ground discharging my chakra into the ground after funneling my chakra into the dagger. As this happens several large pillars of water appears out of the ground piercing the nearby boulder causing it to crumble.*
Creative uses/strengths:
-Can be performed fast, doesn’t require handseals
-Can be used defensively (easily), the description describes how it basically creates a spiked circle around the user
-Combination: The user will first use this water jutsu then use wave of inspiration as the opponent or the attack comes and gets cancelled out by this A-ranked combination and if the opponent is the one who gets hit by this combo then the user will use any finisher move of their choosing on the paralyzed opponent.
Drawbacks/counters:
-Requires a sword/dagger to work, in description
-Counter: Any B-ranked or higher jutsu
-Requires that the user jump, because it leaves the user open to attack

I'm sorry but you got all of them quite wrong. The fire jutsu requires a hand seal you kept mentioning that it did not have a hand seal. The second jutsu you performed it oddly, all you do is do a hand seal and rise some water from the ground the water shapes into a pointy jet and is sent towards the opponent running along the ground. You counters were lack luster at best. Re-do.

You wrote fire jutsu so I'm not to sure whether you meant this for me or not.
And if you're talking about me is it my fault that that is all the jutsu requires to be performed...?
