Combinations-strategies
-After performing the water clone jutsu the user will throw a explosive tag as well as smoke at the opponent's feet as the clone runs towards the opponent assuming the the opponent jumps either back or up and back the user will send their clone to catch them inside of the jutsu as soon as they touch his/her back releasing the water creating a dome around them as soon as this is done the user will then perform any lightning jutsu that will shock and or penetrate and damage.
-The user will use close combat to get them off balance after performing the handsigns the user will quickly place their hands on the opponent capturing them in water then they will use a lightning technique that allows the user to use it with no handsigns and paralyzes and/or damage them so that the technique isn't cancelled and instead harnessed.
Ways to counter this technique
-a fire technique or stronger or equal power
-use a technique to kill the clone while it's hand is in the water such as a lightning technique or a water technique that requires no hand seals and can damage.
-use technique to escape the water as it forms around you
