Fujin using a pre water source Excutes the tiger handseal as the water charges for the dummy while the end of it connects and wraps around Fujins arm , Fujin then proceeds to release more chakra into the water making it pressurized as it wraps around the dummy 5 times as it wraps Fujin Releases 7 small viper fish from his arm that goes with the stream onto his opponent latching and biting on to him
