The biggest parrot you can summon would be half the size of a regular boss Summon, so basically it would be a good size smaller than that of Gamabunta, which shouldn't be too small. Now, the smallest parrot would be a chick, correct? Don't really see how it could get any smaller than that, otherwise, wow. As for their natural skills as birds, they have the ability to navigate wherever, due to some type of magnetic compass like thing, that all birds are capable of using. For example when they navigate south, etc.

Actually that's a specific summon. I mean the average size, which is from chick to lion-sized. This is important because those are the parrots you can summon with the C ranked cannon Summoning Technique.

I create a ton of small pillars and planks made out of earth and pitch them together somehow.

Alright, here's the story of how I met your parrots. I was traveling across the ocean, in a far away land. It was a pretty bad time for me, for reason I don't want to divulge. As I traveled, the whole mist and waves and world seemed to mimic my mood. It was depressing and desolate. Further along the path, the sea became shallower, and trees poked out from the waters, like they were trying to clasp whatever happiness they could fin, but neither the sun nor the desperation of the ocean let them achieve it.
*We're standing on the makeshift boats, I follow in one with Edward, while Mockingjay follows in the other with Titanium. As we travel the slow moving currents, the terrain changes as I describe it*
The further I went, I felt my depression creep in further. It was easy to get lost, and I was certain I would soon enough. That's when I saw it, dark and impressive. The imponent wall of the plateau.
*The mist makes way for a massive and infinite wall of rock, stretching as high as the eyes can see, to all directions*
It felt like the bottom of the world, except I wasn't in the paradisaic heaven all the sensei spoke about. I was in the dept of hell, it most abyssal corner. Reaching here, I couldn't help but feel my own psyche crumble. Even now it's so easy to fall pray to this stupid facade, a trap of the unaware.
*I say, as I touch the wall in front of us, impossibly vertical. I then rise up, on top of the boat, willing you to do the same*
But I did not let it defeat me. Never. This world represents your own mind. It pulls your fears and your disappointments. But, in the end, it's just stagnant water. This wall, it's made to be conquered. It's made to be climbed. I knew it when I reached it. And, so will you. Use your bodies, use your minds, use your power. But do not use allies. This is your own quest, and it's yours to surpass, as it was mine, when I first came here.*
*I bite my finger, drawing blood, before I slam my hand onto the side of the wall. In a burst of mist and dust, a large white macaw shoots from the wall, soaring over the sea. As it waves it's wings, it reveals it's innards to be a multitude of colors, under the gleaming white outer layers. The mist and the sea and the branches seems to part before the magnificent bird, like he's bringing happiness with surgical precision. Pulling myself onto his back, we rise in the air, parallel to the plateau. As we leave, so does the happiness the macaw brought, and the return of the mist*

I notice the large and majestic bird summoned into the "Depths of despair". It wasn't just a simple summoning, it seemed like the sadness looming over the water disappeared. Just for a moment though, until it chose to fly and go up above the mountain-like wall. Looking up, I noticed the sheer size of the plateau. It seemed like a neverending wall that leads to who knows where. But, it seemed that i had no other choice but to climb it. I could turn the boat around and go back, but I've traveled too far to let it go to waste. I begin to walk the wall like what you would expect from a shinobi: upright. However, the overwhelming size of the obstacle forced into a "half standing, half crawling" position. I continue to walk upwards, taking my grand ol' time, until I eventually see the top where i witness the beauty of the Plateau, and with my teacher waiting on the top.

As I walked up to the top of the plateau, i come to notice the countless amounts of Parrots, ranging in size and color. They celebrated and laughed, certainly a sight to see. It was astonishing that such a beautiful and entertaining paradise could exist around a lousy area. I looked over to you, and commented, "Ah... Beautiful island," as I begin to walk around, not too far, to analyze the different species of Parrots that considered Altorio their home.

Alright now, we've already talked about the contract, now it's time for you to sign it!
*Opening a large scroll in front of you*
Take your hand and draw blood, then place your thumb on the scroll, this will connect your to the parrots, and them to you.
I bite my tongue, hard enough for blood to ooze out but not too hard to bite my thumb off. I look at the contract, pretty much empty.
"Ah, so i'm one of the first to sign? Cool."
I proceed to do the actual signing, using my thumb as the writing utensil to sign my name on one of the empty spots. Once i've done that, I wipe my thumb on my shirt and wait for the next steps.
