Yes believe it or not. It's this contact. I'm looking for one, maybe two signers. Depending on how I'm feeling really, this thread will be used for applications so don't come asking me via VM or PM about signing this cause you will be ignored, or linked this thread simple as that.

So the contact is well underdeveloped compared to some others, but that just means more things to make. More ideas, etc...

Description: Hono is the emporer of all Griffin's. He is also known to be the most powerful of all Griffon's. Hono earned this title by defeating Tsume in an all out battle for the title. He has a very calm, nice, and forgiving personality. Hono mean's blaze, and Hono certainly live's up to his name. He is a very powerful creature, who does not have to rely on special ability's or ninjutsu in a battle. Hono is very capable physically, having a very muscular body and razor sharp claw's that can tear through flesh like butter. He can move and run with immense speed, and he can soar through the air even faster. Due to his speed he move's faster then a shinobi sage. But Hono earned his name through special ability. He can easily breathe stream's of fire that are capable of scortching anything in his path.

Can only be summoned once per battle.
Must have signed Griffin Contract.
Fire Stream count's as a move.
Fire Stream's are A ranked, and reach up to mid range.

Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on a body part and slams his hands on the ground to call forth the legendary and mighty Belphegor, the thunder emperor, Bell is a extremly large Gryphon and is able to carry a total of three people on his back, he is the exact same size as gamaken, but what makes him special is his fur/feathers it has gray-brown-blueish colors, with the tips of his feathers colored deep royalblue, and his eyes are completely blue with the round border being gray. Bell has the manipulation of the lightning affinity, from his birth he trained to master the lightning element and thus he become more accustomed to it, therefore he can use the lightning element upto S-rank, not to mention that his both wings are always covered with S-Ranked lightning when summoned he can use it in close combat, Belphegor does not need any handseals to perform lightning techniques, due to his mastery over the lightning element he even rivals the fire emperor. Belphergor is often refered to as the Lightning Emperor.

Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on a body part and slams his hands on the ground to call forth the legendary and mighty Amaymon, the earth emperor, Amaymon is a very large Gryphon and is able to carry a total of five people on his back, he is the exact same size as gamahiro, Amaymon usualy wears silver armor, which protects him from kunai's and basic weapons, as seen in the picture, but what makes him special is his looks his fur/feathers are goldish/silver of color, with the tip of his feathers colored light brown, and his eyes are the color of the desert repersenting his elemental affinity, he has a very interesting body strucutre which is very well build even amongs the Gryphon's it's muscular and just as hard as stones. Amaymon has the manipulation of the Earth affinity, from his birth he trained to master the earth element in Iwagakure and thus he became more accustomed to it, therefore she can use the earth element upto S-rank, without any use of hand seals (counting towards the users moves), and he can only perform his jutsu's while he is on the ground. Amaymon is often refered to as the Earth King, Amaymon.

Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on a body part and slams his hands on the ground to call forth the legendary and mighty Lilith, the sky empress, Lilith is a fairly large gryphon and is able to carry a total of three people on her back, she is the exact same size as sasuke's hawk, but the thing that makes her special is her looks, her fur is completely sky blue, with the tip of her feathers colored light orange-blue, and her eyes are the color of the skies resembeling her elemental affinity, Lilith's both wings are always covered with a sort of s-ranked wind barrier which cuts everything that comes near it, this comes handy in close combat, Lilith has a very interesting bone strucutre which is hollow from the inside and very thin, thus it makes her lighter allowing her to be the most fastest gryphon of her kind to ever exist, a normal ninja could easly loose track of her in the skies, and she is also very hard to spot due to her effective camouflage. Lilith has the manipulation of the wind affinity, from her birth she trained to master the wind element and thus she became more accustomed to it, therefore she can use the wind element upto S-rank (counting towards the users moves), without the use of any handseals. Lilith is often refered to as the Sky Empress, or simply Sora.

Description: The user must bite his thumb and wipe the bloood on his tattoo and snaps his fingers to summon Akame, Prince Of The Griffins. Akame meaning Red eyes was given that name by his Dad, The Griffin King. He is a Griffin chick, he is about the same size as a bear cub. Due to the fact that he has no fur yet he is placed in jet black looking armor which is given to all baby Griffins.The armor protects him from projectiles.The armor is made of strong yet very light material still allowing Griffins to fly at fast speeds. He has extremely sharp talons that can be used to cut and tear into the opponent. Being the son of the Griffin King he has a natural affinity to fire and can shoot out small C-rank fireballs that move extremely fast due to their size. He has an extremely heightened sense of smell which allows him to pinpoint the enemy locations. He has been training with Mugen ever since Akame was born, due to the special bond they have developed a fighting style with each other making them the ultimate tag-team.

* Fireball counts as 1/3 moves a turn
* Fireball is short-mid range

Why do you want to sign Griffins: (not just because it's a mythological contact) I believe I told you already in the Premium Section, but in short, the contract is unique and I love the animals. Also, I feel like they'd be extremely useful, with the ability to fly, but also rove on land, gives me room for another water based summoning that takes the sea, so I can basically accomidate for every terrain.

Why do you want to sign Griffins: (not just because it's a mythological contact)
Well I personally like to be a bit unique and hold things people don't usually have the option to. Not simply to show case it but more or less due to an RolePlaying stand point. It makes it truly 'orgasmic' to be so original in the RP itself with someone so unique. Aside from the unique stand point I feel as though the 'animal' itself is very versatile. Why? Because it is able to run and be on land like other animals, tigers, wolves, dogs etc. And also, it is able to fly like any other flying summoning. It basically has the potential to be two contracts into one, without having to rely on special custom techniques for it to achieve such abilities. And I don't know if you would view this as cosmetic or not. But I am really proud of my Akimichi biography and I specialize in Wind and Earth. I feel as though this animal completely symbolizes those two elements. Being able to fly (Wind) and being able to interact on the land. (Earth.) I truly love my Alexander Akimichi biography and I feel as though this contract would truly aid me in the long road I have ahead of fully completing my pride and joy one day.

Why do you want to sign Griffins: (not just because it's a mythological contact)

To be honest i wanted to submit a contract based off a bird like mythological species from a video game, but realized someone already submitted something similar (Griffins). I just reached Kage and can sign a second contract so why not, now griffins can fly and remain on the ground, being able to deliver support on both fronts of combat. Physically they are strong, fast and are equipped with claws giving them possibilities for many types of abilities. I honestly believe there is so much potential in griffins and the fact that your going to let signers help with development just makes things better to me and sort is actually exciting me right now. It will be one more step in progressing as an Rper. They will greatly augment my arsenal and i believe together all of us can create a contract that is amazing and up with the greats.

i have some ideas we could implement on the GRIFFINS contract:

Base some things around the Aviansie from a game
and others off of actual griffins in games with powers and such
Get a Griffin mode going
Instead of just elemental Griffins create some summons and Techniques working on the extremes (highly offensive or highly Defensive) Since they can fly and be on the ground they will always be balanced supporters in combat so maybe we should work them on the extreme side of the scales.
Maybe even tweak the contract a little, since there will be like 3 of us the development of the contract can go smoothly even while trying to change some things around as we all submit to figure limits and potentials alike.
What i posted is very basic but i only did it in like 4 mins, im sure i could do a lot for the contract when actually spending time on it

Well Griffins are one of the most unique contracts ever made, I have loved Griffins since I was born always reading stories about them, looking them up online to find things out about them, it is just such a unique contract. I have always wanted to sign or create a contract that had the ability to fly but could never think of good ideas for certain birds but with Griffins it gives such a large area of ideas and will help bring out creativity in fights.

I have an idea to use it for my Nara bio. Basically it has some characteristics that can help me in performing Nara clan jutsu more efficiently. Most of the abilities that I like require large number of post counts, which is very difficult for me to achieve. So, I want to add something to my Nara bio that will make it strong and I won't have to drop it and will keep on enjoying Nara clan abilities.

Nope I don't ever plan on going inactive. I do have ideas but I cannot share them openly as people would just then know about my Nara fighting style that I am planning on creating. I can try to create a water type griffin.

Well I dont think my chances are very good but here goes nothing. The number one reason i want this summon animal is for my bio,i believe they go together very well.My Bio is The Uchiha prince kinda dark and arrogant and i wanted something to go well with him,i thought about crows being a dark bird but i wanted the bio to be unique not another form of itachi.That and I see this going very well with Maned Wolves another summon I plan on signing hopefully both dark and fit the theme i want.Now about the Summon itself Gryphon's are rumored to be the pets of the Gods. Having been created in sight of the lion’s bravery and the eagle’s grace and intelligence. It was that the Gods wanted a pure creature that would defend them too the death. They saw the lion as the king of beasts, the source of bravery, and the eagle as the source of intelligence and thus, created the Gryphon. The Gryphon can control both land and air in its form,and i cant help but feel that cool. Im a big Mythology fan i read different cultures mythology often and ive always liked the history of the Gryphon.So I like the animal in general and everything attributed and the fact that i can make a dark Gryphon to go with my Uchiha Prince Bio makes me want it even more.

I don't plan to go inactive at all im relatively new here haven't finished my first year,so I am nowhere near being bored with this site or the rp. in fact I just became the PS of Sharingdork so i plan on diving alot deeper into the Rp as a whole. I haven't really used a summon because ive been searching for the perfect animal even though I was working on a snow leopard contract in the end I decided against it because it wasn't fitting the dark prince theme i wanted.Now as far as creative ideas goes, Im one of thos people who wants to help with everything i feel i will have alot of creative ideas for the contract. Im not sure what types of ideas you want an idea for a history ability or jutsu,but here is just a quick example off the tip of my head a Gryphon is a mix of a lion and an eagle right .So something creative i could see happening is Taking advantage of their unique sounds and pair it with sound ninjutsu.What I mean by this is an eagles sound is kinda of high I can see that being amplified to the point of being able to shatter glass or small earth structures.Then You have the Lion who has a very bold deep sound you could pair that with sound ninjutsu to temporarily deafen an opponent.This is just one creative way of looking at the gryphons,but not what my thinking is limited too.

Well I personally like to be a bit unique and hold things people don't usually have the option to. Not simply to show case it but more or less due to an RolePlaying stand point. It makes it truly 'orgasmic' to be so original in the RP itself with someone so unique. Aside from the unique stand point I feel as though the 'animal' itself is very versatile. Why? Because it is able to run and be on land like other animals, tigers, wolves, dogs etc. And also, it is able to fly like any other flying summoning. It basically has the potential to be two contracts into one, without having to rely on special custom techniques for it to achieve such abilities. And I don't know if you would view this as cosmetic or not. But I am really proud of my Akimichi biography and I specialize in Wind and Earth. I feel as though this animal completely symbolizes those two elements. Being able to fly (Wind) and being able to interact on the land. (Earth.) I truly love my Alexander Akimichi biography and I feel as though this contract would truly aid me in the long road I have ahead of fully completing my pride and joy one day.

I don't plan to go inactive, in fact I just came back from inactivity and I plan to become more active. In fact, if I were to sign this contract I would be even more motivated to actively RP! I never really got the chance to fully RP with my summonings yet and it's something I'd like to explore. In fact, I am even willing to drop the Snake Contract (Not that it's anything special.) to sign Griffons. My second contract (Once I reach Kage) would be to re-take the Hyena contract which is another 'unique' contract amongst the RP. Well unique more or less because only Iwarians have signed it in the past and it's something I am proud of. As far as creative ideas goes, I'd love to assist in the creation of them. I would prefer not to post anything right now as I feel my ideas would be rushed and nothing good would come of them. I would much rather sit down and fully go through everything before writing things up.

Well Griffins are one of the most unique contracts ever made, I have loved Griffins since I was born always reading stories about them, looking them up online to find things out about them, it is just such a unique contract. I have always wanted to sign or create a contract that had the ability to fly but could never think of good ideas for certain birds but with Griffins it gives such a large area of ideas and will help bring out creativity in fights.

Why do you want to sign Griffins: (not just because it's a mythological contact) Well, I'll be honest. I've been constantly looking for good contracts or to make one myself, but most of them are either taken or submitted. Now, most of the contracts are either extremely terrain based, which makes it a disadvantage, since you either can't use it in water/Earth/air. Not to mention, it can cover an expansive area as well as it can fly. Also, the fact that it is a majestic creature. Another point being it could go perfectly side by side with my upcoming Toad contract(will drop my Otter contract if I get approved for Griffins), and my Hashirama bio, since Hashirama himself was considered a legend among shinobis. I try to heavily RP in most of my battles, and I think this would be the perfect contract to use in conjunction with Wood Release.

I'm a part of the Gyojin clan, at least I will be once my bio is approved. The bio I'm dropping I'm dropping is my Hyuga. My other bio is a cannon character, Darui, and has storm mastered.

Why do you want to sign Griffins: (not just because it's a mythological contact)

Because of the potential in the contract. Sure, having a mythological contract would be really cool but its the range of ideas that are available which makes this contract appeal to me. Griffins have talons, beaks, wings and each individual summon can be equipped with unique abilities. I've always wanted a bird contract and this would be one step higher because Griffins are powerful on both land and in the air. Griffins themselves are really interesting because they are technically a combination of two animals. They remind me of a chimera in a way. Griffins would go really well with my Rider bio because of the animals are powerful beasts and it would suit him seeing him riding a Griffin. I've wanted a new contract for a while and the opportunity to sign the contract is perfect as I would have a good contract which I would be able to help you develop summoning jutsus and summoning arts for.

I don't plan on going inactive so you won't have to worry about that. If I'm chosen I plan on aiding you with any jutsus to make the most of the contract. My CJs have been gradually getting more and more creative and diverse and I could reflect those features in the ideas that I present. I have a few ideas which I've been thinking about for a bit and I hope it gives you a better insight on what I could bring to the table.

My first idea would be a water griffin. Though its basic to have a summoning animal for each element its also pretty essential. You should be able to use Griffins in any situation and omitting a water griffin would leave you slightly more vulnerable if the opponent was a fire specialist or had a fire summon.

I would also recommend another 'unique' dragon like the Toothless one that you submitted. I have a few ideas for this but nothing solid yet.

We could work on also getting some summoning arts to really add some variety to the contract as well and if accepted I could work on making some.

I had bigs plan for the snakes but the inactivity and laziness got the best of me and I don't want to drop Tiglons because 1. They are awesome and 2. I don't want to disappoint Shady so two custom summoning contracts who are great will help in me becoming stronger but also sticking to something I like since I'm kinda loyal and don't hop on things too much unless if it's an oldie's **** and he is about to offer a cj to me but there's a time and place for that z.z

I'm not a wallie guy so I'm going to get to the point. Truthfully, I just want a well rounded CSC to go with Sharks and Griffin's fit that category. They are capable of flight and are equally as comfortable on land, making them pretty versatile. The contracts kinda compensate for the others weaknesses which makes them a good combination imo and they open up a lot of possibilities in fights that other summonings do not.

I don't think I'll go inactive anytime soon, there's still a lot I'd like to accomplish before hanging up my virtual gloves lol. As for ideas, I'm certain I can come up with a few decent ones but, if I'm being honest, I've never really looked at this contract before because I never thought there would be a possibility of me signing it so at this very moment, I have nothing I could post here. Any idea I come up with would be half baked and that would just be a waste of our time to be honest.

Ever since I saw it when I started I wanted to sign it back when I joined but it was very hard to get in as a newer member to someone who didn't know you back then. When I was in school our "Houses" were named Salamander, Phoenix, Dragon and... you guesed it... Griffin and guess which house I was in?... Griffin. So yeah I liked them alot, had to draw a lot for sports days and what not. I've kinda given up on Cats as the contract owner is inactive so I'd like to fill that spare gap I have with something worthwhile.

I think that I've done a really, really good job with my own Summoning Contract and with that I think that I can offer solid ideas for this own contract, even though you've done a lot with it already there is always room for Contract Arts.
