[Suggestion] Custom Official Villages?

Ok, I know this has indeed been brought up before (I think) but seeing as the NW is kinda iffy right now.. I feel that Official Custom Villages should be set into place. I mean we got customs for everything else... Except an Official Custom Village. My suggestion to make a custom village and make it official (And give it a sub-forum similar to the rest is)

1. Only 5 Custom Villages/Groups can be made (Can be a bounty group like akautski, or 7swordsman)
2. In order to create and be a founder You must be Sage Rank (Official)
3. One Must Have 10 Members already agreed to join the village
4. Has to choose between a custom clan, or a custom Village
5. MUST have a co-founder (Similar to Hashirama and Madara) etc
6. Max People in a Custom Village is 25 but whomever makes the custom village can decide on how many they want to join

This way, it not only spices up war, but it gives people a stronger variety on where to go, people to hang with. And a Village to rep.. Me personally, Even though I was in suna at the start of the rp I was more active in the Hidden Ash Village (My made up village) But this is just a suggestion.. =/

This has been rejected multiple times, and will continue that way, there are 6 official villages to choose from that already suffer inactivity and other issues. There will be no new villages or anything of the sort while this continues to be the case.

Except, large scale villages destruction is not allowed. The purpose of them would be like any other village that exist in our RP, just there.

Why not just get a group of missing nin or even a group of people with the same KG and move to a neutral island and use it as a base for a village? Like how me and Mugi did with Honegakure or how the Nekura clan actually uses our home as a village of sorts.

It'll be unofficial but in the end, it's the same thing. Just no forum.

Apparently if you PICK the ppl you want in your village how is it inactive.

..... Because people either go off-line or stop Role-playing, one of the two.

I don't see why you just don't ask for a Sticky of your Custom Village instead of making a thread constantly. I was going to ask one for Sunagakure for visitors and such. Blizzards idea basically, where everything is not private to give "purpose" for villages to have ANBU and guards, Intel and records of sorts.

You can destroy villages, you'd just have to do it stage by stage.

Come one now. Do you you really want to do it stage by stage? Or do you want to fly over and skip the stages and blow up the village from the above.

Following the konoha vs kumo war in around last fall, when I blew up Kumo, it showed that full scale destruction isnt a good thing. So many arguments arose from it, that I came up with a suggestion so it would still allow them to fight while the village was destroyed. To put it short, wide scaled village destruction is horribly done in the rp xD
