This technique is extremely hard to avoid because of its wide range. ~Note: Must be done on a rocky surface (i.e. a Valley, a mountain, or a simply a rocky flatland) ~This Jutsu can only be used 2 times per battle[/JUTSU] [JUTSU=(Suiton: Mizu Oni Hoko no Jutsu)- Water Style: Water Demon Halberd]Type: Attack Rank:S Range:Medium-Long Chakra Cost:40 Damage:70 Description: The user creates a large, hardened halberd made of water by drawing water from the air and then promptly throws it at the opponent. The halberd can break even A-rank Earth walls.[/JUTSU] [JUTSU=(Raiton: Shiro Kaen)- Lightning Element: White Flame]Type: Attack Ranks:S Range:Long Chakra Cost:45 Damage:80 Description: The user creates a small white flame in their mouth that esembles a candle flame. It is made of black, chakra-conducting metal, as well as the rope, giving more cutting power as opposed to the original. It also has some new features as well, like mentioned in the Third Data Book. It is now able to remove the bladed piece of the scythe, which remain connected to the scythe by wires made from the same metal as the rope and scythe. They can be controlled just like the scythe due to the fact that they are connected to the blade, as the rope is to the scythe. The pieces can split apart, to a distance of up to one yard (approx. 1 meter), connected to the other half by the same wire used to connect them to the blade, to reveal a plethora of explosive tags that can be incorporated into attacks. ~The rope can be broken by A-Rank or higher Jutsu. ~The wire can be broken by B-Rank or higher Jutsu. ~The Scythe, rope, and wire can all conduct Chakra of any kind. ~The blade pieces can split apart on the scythe itself, to create a three full crescents, as opposed to three half crescents.
