Custom Jutsu?

So, as the title implies this thread is about custom Jutsu. As in, have any of you guys ever took the time to design a Jutsu of your own, and if so what kind of jutsu was it, what was it on the ranking system and what were its uses?

I've done a few, the first that comes to mind is;

Name - Futon: Hoshippu Engai - Wind Release: Wild Tempest Dome
Element - Wind
Rank - A
Summary: This Jutsu involves the user compressing a sphere of wind chakra within their throat, and then firing it. The Jutsu travels as a small churning sphere for speed, and when it impacts a target the compressed wind chakra explodes outwards in a massive dome of spinning wind with more force in it than a hurricane due to it being compressed into a smaller size. This jutsu is also a counter to Fire Jutsu because the rapidly spinning winds absorbs the fire into it and drags it along behind it with its momentum.

Note: The more chakra, and the longer the sphere is compressed the larger and more powerful the dome of wind. This technique is also an incredibly large chakra investment, that even at its lowest power requires more chakra than an average ninja can expand safely.

It's a nice technique at face value but in the war arc Wind was stated to amplify Fire so it doesn't sound like the elements & the use you listed line up very well .
