Alright Slag, listen up. This technique I'm about to teach you can be particularly useful if used under the right conditions, or in the right situation.
Now I'm sure that you've put on a wooly jumper before and experience a slight static shock that made you think "ow" for a few moments. Well this technique incorporates this in a rather offensive manner. By releasing your lightning chakra into your opponents garms, you can basically increase the chance of static build up, while also amplifying the static shocks that will be produced each time your opponents clothes move and rub against each-other which would thus produce a static current. The size of the shocks will be proportionate to how much your opponents clothes move, if they just sway a bit, it'll be rather minor, if they try to do handseals, it could be enough to slow them down and make the task cumbersome. However if they're running or performing other large tasks, it could generate enough static build up to actually paralyse the opponent. Of course weather can have a play in this technique to, as if it's windy your opponenots clothes will move. Clothes moving = static shock.
Comprehende? Any questions, if so you've learnt Static Shock that for certain reasons I cba to post in this thread, so you can do it for me.
