Begin by gathering your fire chakra and channel it into both your feet. Once gathered I want you to release it in a quick manner. By using shape manipulation, I want you shape the released fire into a ring that has enough power to sweep your opponents off their feet.
Begin by gathering your lightning chakra into both your hands. Once gathered each finger tip of yours should glow yellow due to the concentrated chakra. You should then wave your hands in front of you releasing long wires of lightning. Once you wrap the wires around your opponents, you manipulate the wires into forming into a fused wire. Increase the amount of chakra in the wires so that you electrocute the opponents to death.

I begin by channeling a tremendous amount of chakra towards both of my feet. After gather the chakra, I release the chakra in a quick burst, which is formulated into a ring like shape surrounding me. The burst of fire is so quick, that it knocks you off your feet. O_O
I begin to channel my lightning chakra into all five tips of my fingers in my right hand, causing the tips to glow somewhat. I then wave my hand releasing the lightning which looks from a third person view as glowing wires extending from the users hand. TH wires wrap around you binding you in place, and as it does I quickly cause the wires to connect with each other, aw thy release lightning into you, shocking you to death. O_O

Description: The technique is based off of the user utilizing their chakra, and inserting it into an intangible substance. The substance acts as a medium to contain for your chakra to be inserted into. As the chakra is successfully inserted into the substance, by utilizing the slicing trait that the wind is well known for, the wind chakra slices through the bonds of the chakra particles within that substance causing it to spread outwards. By manipulating your chakra with great precision, the wind continues ravaging inside the substance, causing it to spread outwards to the point it severs totally, turning into many smaller harmless particles of the substance, making it neutral, and causing it to disperse entirely.
- Can be used two times per match
- No wind techniques in the same turn, or the turn after
- After using it for the second time in a match, the user loses their ability to mold wind chakra properly
- For elemental techniques the user can neutralize it up to A-Rank, where as non elemental techniques can be neutralized up to S-Rank.
- Is useless against large attacks that would still travel towards, useless such as Intense Pain
- Can only be taught by Toshiro

I begin by gathering my wind chakra. Once gathered, I channel the chakra to my right hand and wait for the incoming attack. Once the attack hits my hand, I insert my wind chakra into the attack. Since wind has that slicing property, I use this in order to slice the bonds of the attacks chakra. Since the bonds have been sliced, it causes the attack to deform and spread outwards. I manipulate the wind chakra so that it spreads it completely causing it to transform into smaller harmless particles.
