This suggestion, as the title indicates, is for the Roleplay Section.

We're currently limited to 12 Custom Element techniques. While it may seem like a big number, it is really easy to spend it all, and still leave a lot of the Element unexplored, especially in the more flexible and diverse Elements. It is no secret that I like to create custom techniques, I like to fully explore an ability, creating new aspects and quirks, but I have already reached my quota, quite a while ago. And even though the customs I do have are diverse and versatile, especially with the new chapters, they pale against most of the Cannon Advanced elements. I think there is room in our element to increase the limit on Custom Element techniques, and mainly, this is what I'm asking for, in this thread.

Increasing the limit to all Kage and up members (The minimum to create and use a Custom Element), would be the perfect scenario, but could suggest a backup plan. When a member achieves the status of "Official Sage", he/she could be granted the bonus of a certain number of Custom Element techniques. These could be similar to the normal custom bonus we experience, or it could a sort of elite customs for each element, similar to Hashirama's Buddha Wood Techniques, more massive and special. They'd be limited to Sage-Owned Custom Elements and could only be used by Official Sage users.

In essence, both of these suggestion would end up in increasing the Custom Element technique limit, in one way or another. Just different means of doing it.

You think 12 CE techniques is bad? We only get 8 clan techniques for all the clan to use. Change that ;___;
I haven't fully delved into the Custom Clan System yet, so I can't say for sure. But I'm pretty sure the lesser the limit, the lesser the ability to fully explore something. I just know that Custom Elements can't really compete with normal elements, especially Wood.
