Custom Element Rules:

➺ To submit your 1st CE, you have to be of Jounin rank.

➺ You are allowed to submit a total of max 2 CE, be the student of max 2 CE and be the co-creator of max 3 CE. At any given time however your name can only appear on 5 different CE and only 4 of those can be used, meaning there is one CE that can not be used and this counts for all your bios. To unlock the 5th you have to pass a Sage Mission.

➺ You can only teach your CE if you are a Jounin and/or Sensei rank.

➺ Each CE can only be taught to two students and can only have one co-creator. All of these need to be of Jounin rank to be able to use the CE.

The element is based on:

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Radiolaria consists out of three components, Lightning, Water and Yang. The latter of them has been the cornerstone of hosting life into Ninjutsu through cannon techniques such as Change into Hell. Yang also has the capability of altering biological beings through metamorphism as well as acting as a poison agent, all shown in the cannon list techniques of the release. The two elemental natures that Radiolaria makes up with are also proven to co-exist in the Storm release.
How it works:
Radiolaria is a liquid element in it's release form. It is slightly similar in aesthetics to that of milk, albeit translucent and radiant with passive electrical discharges added to it's sound and aesthetics as well as bioluminescent. The fluid hosts the microbes that are always present inside of the element and they can alter the course of the liquid themselves even after the element has been created by the user. This means that it spreads out, just like water in the beginning, but can then stalk targets or even escape containment. The movement of the microbes are between lightning and water in the speed list (3-15, depending on rank of the technique). The limitation is that the user cannot use any other Radiolaria techniques while the microbes are moving a present technique. Moving the element itself requires it to be in contact with the ground or in water, they cannot move the liquid if it is suspended in the air. Much like water and lightning release, Radiolaria can be formed from the users body but it can also be formed inherently through present water sources too. The microbes can also alter the tensile strength of the liquid, adjusting it so that even massive summons can stand on it without falling through. It will not impact the damage of the technique in anyway though, and is mostly just used as auxiliary. Because of the lightning element being a component of Radiolaria, it gives the fluid cutting capabilities towards solid elements such as earth and metals, the latter of which will rust on prolonged exposure making Radiolaria neutral to it even if it contains water as a component. It also is a key component of energy for the microbes that are hosts within the element. It also has tolerance against conductivity as the microbes are based upon the lightning release itself and they nourish it. This means that should one channel lightning release through Radiolaria, it will not spread out as easily as if it was channeled through water and instead will require equal amount of damage to channel through it/overcome it. That also means that should the user stand upon Radiolaria, they won't get electrocuted if lightning should be channeled into it automatically.

Aside from physically manipulation of the liquid itself, the microbes are dangerous if they enter a bodies circulation. Since it's a liquid, it can penetrate the pores in the skin on direct contact with the element. Once the microbes has entered the body, either via skin contact or from being inhaled or digested, they will start the electrostatic metamorphism. Throughout the body there are 361 Tenketsu points spread out. It's these Tenketsu points that are the gateways of the body's entire chakra system and it's also the points in which chakra is being released from. The microbes will start an electro metamorphism process that paralyzes nerves for the pathway to these points, which results in a inconsistent flow. Over time, this leads to heavier restrictions on the bodies chakra system. This translates to a -10 chakra output to all their techniques after a full turn has passed after being exposed and after more time passes, the body cannot channel certain amount of chakra through their pathways. Each consecutive turn lowers the bodies capability of using a certain rank. From the second turn of exposure, they cannot use Forbidden ranked, after three turns, they cannot use S-rank - etc. Until it has reached all the way down to E-rank (6 turns total) the victims chakra system is effectively severed from their control. This does not mean the target dies automatically as their chakra isn't erased itself, it simply means they cannot use chakra whatsoever. Full body surges of Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang, Suen, Anutu and Sage chakra are effective means to counter the microbes paralysis as well as medical jutsu designed for poison cleansing. The technique designed to flush the microbes out need to be on the same chakra level as the technique the victim was exposed to, with the exception of Suen and Anutu who both are strong to the Radiolaria element and thus requiring less chakra to do so (10 less). While the microbes suppress the target, it counts as an active debuff throughout the entire cycle.

The microbes inside of the element can also work as an electro metamorphic agent towards the user or their allies by infusing with them through similar means with direct contact with their skin. Instead of paralyzing their chakra system, the microbes will harden the skin as well as the bones or even internal organs within the designated host. This can also in turn be used to sew together external or even internal wounds as well through the metamorphism process as lightning can cauterize wounds like fire. The user or their allies gains a regenerating factor as well as a physical damage mitigation factor when infused with the microbes and depending on the rank of the technique, this boon increases. As their skin and bones essentially turns into something akin to titanium/steel, their weight does not increase, nor does their taijutsu damage. This effect cannot be used at the same time as the microbes are paralysing an opponents chakra pathways with the same technique. This mitigation effect counts as the active one and can only be bypassed with techniques granting higher damage mitigation or those used/gained through non-stacking means such as APs. The microbes cannot metamorph non-biological matter meaning they cannot harden the surface of a water technique or a earth technique. They can also not affect bodies that doesn't have chakra systems, such as Stone of Gelel users or Arali. Instead they will only be able to succumb to the physical damage the element deals itself, and as it has Yang as a component, it can contain extra chakra/damage for their techniques.

Declined: The decline came in the facts part of altering biological beings which almost sounds like kinjutsu if not the aspects of blood release. But I continued to read. Then you've got microbes which can alter your element after you've release it by itself. Then you have it "stalking" targets. It's a liquid mostly from the initial description but you want it to have the speed of lightning. The whole explanation of it's looks and how it acts is just strangely worded. It's a fluid like milk, but it's not, but the microbes can control it, but you can't use the ce if they are. Meaning it's like you're controlling it anyway. Then they can't be controlled in the air? Which makes no sense.

Then you move on to changing it's state making it denser to be solid enough to stand on. It's a liquid but has cutting properties of lightning?

You know what, I got to this point after re reading this and realised it mostly makes no sense, is trying to do way too much. You mention Anutu that isn't even in the RP anymore. You're affecting people's nervous systems yet med isn't even part of this. Not to mention you want to paralyse a chakra system, cause why not, don't need dokkodo to pull off that kinda stuff.

Reign this in A LOT and explain it in a clear manor! If you don't, next time this will be a DNR.

The element is based on:
Scarlet Rot + Yang + Lightning

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Advanced applications or combinations added to natural elements are already established, notably Blaze release being an advanced form of Fire release with Yin, canonically things like Dark have multi-application (absorption/expulsion), as well as Ketsuryugan manipulating natural body creations, blood. On top of this, not unusual for base elements to be used in an AE or CE changing its state, eg Earth in magnet, water in storm release. Rubicon Release is the same, just taking Scarlet Rot, enhancing its life blooming potential and changing its form to an energy instead.

How it works:

Visually, Rubicon Release looks like sparkling red particles, like shiny deep red sand, similar to Scarlet Rot, however while Scarlet rot is a physical solid substance, Rubicon is an energy phase form, like lightning or fire. A Rubicon technique can be made of hundreds or thousands of parts, just like Sand or Scarlet Rot can be. This is an advanced form of Scarlet Rot that has been manipulated by lightning nature elemental chakra changing its form. Each particle behaves like a tiny floating ember, weightless and agile, able to hover and move independently. With its high energy charge, occasionally there will be red lightning that charges up and flickers around Rubicon Release, a natural phenomenon that is like static electricity.

From there, Yang Energy is altered to the highest degree taking advantage of a few of its benefits. Scarlet Rot can originally bloom new life, creating exotic plants and fungi however with Yang energy manipulation in play, it now gives sentience to each particle of Rubicon created. Because the chakra itself comes from the user, it expands the users senses relaying back information, linked to the user and acting like a hive-mind. Each individual particle has its own sentience but they all act together as part of a greater collective. This has been noted before for elements acting on their own like Gaara's sand without actually possessing a chakra network. However this is not truly the best trait of Rubicon Release.

Because of the ability of Scarlet Rot to generate new life, to bloom, with the addition of Yang energy now that governs vitality body and life, as well as Yangs natural ability to give 'life to form', techniques from Rubicon Release are especially durable, allowing them to regenerate if not fully destroyed. Simply by growing more Rubicon from its propagation, a technique that nearly is destroyed is regrown back to full capacity. Coral Release itself isnt specifically about durability, but its ability to keep coming back, to keep growing if it is not fully destroyed. Hypothetically speaking, if Rubicon was given an infinite supply of chakra and an infinite vacuum, it would continue to grow indefinitely. However most times, Rubicon Release is limited by the chakra supply it has, siphoning it from its creator. Should a technique be damaged or destroyed, it can siphon 10 chakra per turn from the user, until it has grown fully back to capacity of what it once was. It can never exceed the original limitations of what it was created as (unless specific techniques add more chakra to the original technique).
Rubicon as a highly energetic substance explodes if fully destroyed, detonating and causing an explosion equal in size of meter to the proportional chakra in the technique itself. Highly volatile and dangerous, it is more advantageous to keep itself regrowing rather than let it fully die.

Declined: I discussed with L before checking this to make sure it wasn't just me. Taking rot and making it energy, but still sand was a weird concept. As lightning and fire don't move like little particles in themselves. You say that red lightning flickers around it but not how that interacts in the RP. The you want a sentient energy, that is like a hive mind, you want them to regenerate too. Then you talk about an infinite chakra and an infinite vacuum, which they sounds like it can only grow in a vacuum. You want any technique, no matter the size or how weakened it is to be able to fully reform? That wont happen. Then you want this floral like element, that's an energy, but constantly regrows to explode if it is destroyed that is equal to chakra the original technique it has. You're going way too far with all this and it seems to contradict itself. You've also linked this to rot, but not mentioned how that effects someone hit by these techniques. If they can constantly regen, blow up if you do overpower them, and carry the curse of the rot due to it being rot in energy form, how is anyone meant to deal with this?

The element is based on: Lightning + Water

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Mirrors and reflective surfaces exist as a physical thing in Naruto just as they do in our universe. With regards to ninjutsu Haku’s Ice Mirrors,Crystal Release: Jade Mirrors,Water Release: Water Mirror, and the Yata Mirror. Haku could enter his mirrors and traverse between them, Guren’s Mirror could create clones of herself, and the Yata Mirror was stated to reflect ninjutsu in the data books. The Water Mirror technique was stated to create a copy of a technique as a counter attack. We see this when Killer Bee attacked Yagura with a sword and it created a clone doing the exact same thing.

How it works: The jutsu has two important aspects. The first aspect is its ability to reflect ninjutsu. This works on a chakra vs chakra basis. In neutral elemental interactions, Mirror Release requires an equal amount of chakra to reflect the technique. In advantageous interactions, Mirror Release requires 10 less chakra than it would normally require. In disadvantageous interactions, Mirror Release requires 10 more chakra than it would normally require to reflect the technique.

The second aspect is access to the Mirror World. The Mirror World is a parallel dimension that can be entered and escaped via a combination of mirror release and a reflective surface.

Declined: I thought I'd save you the wait on this one. You're using water/lightning reflect a jutsu which just wouldn't be possible. At best it could be done with fuuin by sealing and then releasing it back as seen in Madara's gunbai techniques. Even if this was possible with the skills you chose to base it on, this would simply be a single technique, not an entire element.

Then to top it off, this line, "The second aspect is access to the Mirror World. The Mirror World is a parallel dimension" is you creating your own space/time for a CE which:

1. Is a hard no as custom space/time were limited to custom MS, which are now no longer available.
2. This is quite literally a Rip of my own EMS that is on my Pervy Sage account.

Custom element English name: Essence of Nurgle

The element is based on:

The Essence of Nurgle is a biological/viatality affliction resulting from the mutation and combination of the Ketsuryūgan Dōjutsu's blood manipulation abilities, the persistent biological decay inherent to the Scarlet Rot, and a highly corrupted, malignant form of Yang Release chakra that grants it sentience and drive.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

The creation of the Essence of Nurgle is supported by existing Naruto lore. Bio-weapons and parasitic techniques are common threats, as seen with the Iburi Clan, Tayuya's infections, and Orochimaru's experiments. The Scarlet Rot already provides the base biological decay. The Rot gains its aggressive sentience from a corrupted use of Yang Release, the life-force energy used in the Creation of All Things. By infusing the Rot with this Yang energy, it gains a self-preserving "will to thrive" like any infection wanting a host. The Ketsuryūgan completes the process by providing the means of delivery; its blood manipulation power allows the Essence of Nurgle to quickly spread through the host's bloodstream, control the body, and actively contaminate new targets, making it a stable, self-propagating biological and spiritual hybrid.

How it works:

The Essence of Nurgle works similarly to Blood Release, only denser, and is controlled by the user's chakra, whether it's released from their own body or manipulated from infected blood already present on the field. The severe effects, called "Nurgle's Blessing," begin immediately upon contact with a living person.

Nurgle’s Blessing is a terrifying system with three integrated functions. First, Blood Control (Ketsuryūgan) rapidly spreads the infection through the bloodstream, turning the blood pale red and giving the affliction control over the host's body to cause disfigurement, paralysis, or trigger explosive spreading.

Second, Decay and Spread (Scarlet Rot) ensures the infection is lethal, causing constant, agonizing biological decay and severely hindering the host's speed. The affliction's sole purpose is to spread through open wounds, fluid contact, or infectious spores released from the dying host.

Third, a corrupted Yang Release grants the affliction Sentience and Infection Drive, giving it a basic "will to thrive" that continuously forces the host's body and mind to spread the plague. This sentience is what causes the "Zombie" effect: should the target die, the sentient plague maintains control of the corpse by manipulating the blood, forcing the host to continue simple actions (like walking or grabbing) without using chakra, like a puppet driven by the plague's urge to infect others, until the body fully decays.

Description: Nurgle's Blessing is the sustained, self-propagating infection of the Essence of Nurgle that afflicts any living being upon fluid or blood contact with the infected matter. The infection rapidly spreads through the bloodstream (Blood Control) causing the blood to turn a pale, sickly red. Once established, the affliction begins its aggressive Decay and Spread (Scarlet Rot), inflicting 15 damage per turn for a maximum of 3 turns. The agonizing decay also causes high-grade fever and internal hemorrhage, which reduces the target's Speed by 3 points (which doesn't not stack with any other reductions).

Infected targets also immediately fall under the Sentience and Infection Drive; the plague's corrupted Yang chakra grants it a basic will, which continuously compels the host to move toward living targets. The affliction also actively counters all forms of passive healing (e.g., Yang specialities, Sage Mode) and effectively halves the healing power of standard Medical Ninjutsu applied to the afflicted area. Like its base components, Nurgle's Blessing is exceptionally destructive to organic matter, including Wood Release and Shikotsumyaku, granting an effective elemental weakness against it.

Curing and Removal: To cure Nurgle's Blessing, the infection must be purged with a Fire Release technique or Fire-based element that has a higher Chakra cost than the technique used to inflict the infection, targeting the exact point of entry/infestation. When successfully purged this way, the Fire Release technique's damage to the target is reduced by 50%. Alternatively, the infection can be removed by specialized Yang Release techniques aimed at purifying the malignant chakra, though a standard Body Surge is insufficient.

Notes:
  • The affliction lasts for 3 turns unless cured.
  • If the afflicted target is reduced to 0 health, the Sentience initiates the "Zombie" effect, controlling the corpse to perform simple, non-chakra actions for three turns to spread the plague before full decay occurs.

Conditions to be able to use it:
Need blood eyes, scarlet rot and yang.

Is weak to:
Fire release and any heat based elements such as scorch. This is due to the fact that it will cauterise the infection.


Is strong against:
Any organic elements such as DBP and wood release.

It is neutral to all other elements.

∞ Declined. A couple things need to be more clearly defined. First, you'll need to differentiate 'Nurgle Essence' from regular Blood Release both appearance and behavior-wise, as simply being described as 'denser' and working similarly to Blood Release is not enough. Does it exist in a liquid form, dust-like appearance similar to Scarlet Rot, or something else? Second, the infection process has to be elaborated on as simple contact won't be enough. Being an infectious bloodborne element, this will need to enter the opponent's body directly through open wounds and such and meld with their blood to apply its effects as you've described. Also, the infection itself is doing too much: taking control of the opponent's body (while they're alive, as it's worded now), biological decay, speed debuff, and then taking control of their corpse is a no. Either you're killing them slowly through decay and taking control of their corpse or applying debuffs and actively spreading the infection, as an example of a more fair set of abilities, but not all these things at once. It will also need a clearly defined timelapse for the effects of the element to take hold if it is spreading throughout an opponent's entire body, as that won't be allowed to happen instantly. With the effects you're aiming for, this will need time to fester and grow. Releasing spores and taking control of the victim's mind won't be allowed, as that's more Yin/Yamananka focused. Speaking of, Yang is really just a background character in this element. Scarlet Rot is already aggressively infectious, lasting 4 turns in most use cases, and so Yang giving it a 'will to thrive' doesn't really help. The same goes for taking control of corpses for rudimentary tasks. That can be done through regular Blood Control. So, with Blood and Rot doing most of the heavy lifting here, you need to make Yang more justified.

As it is now, the element is more a mashup of Yang, Blood Control, and Scarlet Rot's primary abilities than a unique element that couldn't as easily be replicated by another person who has access to the same fields.

Curing and Removal: To cure Nurgle's Blessing, the infection must be purged with a Fire Release technique or Fire-based element that has a higher Chakra cost than the technique used to inflict the infection, targeting the exact point of entry/infestation. When successfully purged this way, the Fire Release technique's damage to the target is reduced by 50%. Alternatively, the infection can be removed by specialized Yang Release techniques aimed at purifying the malignant chakra, though a standard Body Surge is insufficient.

  • If the afflicted target is reduced to 0 health, the Sentience initiates the "Zombie" effect, controlling the corpse to perform simple, non-chakra actions for three turns to spread the plague before full decay occurs.

∞Declined. A couple things need to be more clearly defined. First, you'll need to differentiate 'Nurgle Essence' from regular Blood Release both appearance and behavior-wise, as simply being described as 'denser' and working similarly to Blood Release is not enough. Does it exist in a liquid form, dust-like appearance similar to Scarlet Rot, or something else? Second, the infection process has to be elaborated on as simple contact won't be enough. Being an infectious bloodborne element, this will need to enter the opponent's body directly through open wounds and such and meld with their blood to apply its effects as you've described. Also, the infection itself is doing too much: taking control of the opponent's body (while they're alive, as it's worded now), biological decay, speed debuff, and then taking control of their corpse is a no. Either you're killing them slowly through decay and taking control of their corpse or applying debuffs and actively spreading the infection, as an example of a more fair set of abilities, but not all these things at once. It will also need a clearly defined timelapse for the effects of the element to take hold if it is spreading throughout an opponent's entire body, as that won't be allowed to happen instantly. With the effects you're aiming for, this will need time to fester and grow. Releasing spores and taking control of the victim's mind won't be allowed, as that's more Yin/Yamananka focused. Speaking of, Yang is really just a background character in this element. Scarlet Rot is already aggressively infectious, lasting 4 turns in most use cases, and so Yang giving it a 'will to thrive' doesn't really help. The same goes for taking control of corpses for rudimentary tasks. That can be done through regular Blood Control. So, with Blood and Rot doing most of the heavy lifting here, you need to make Yang more justified.

As it is now, the element is more a mashup of Yang, Blood Control, and Scarlet Rot's primary abilities than a unique element that couldn't as easily be replicated by another person who has access to the same fields.

The yang/kinjutsu release in this aspect is create a deadly sentient viral infection that is solely focussed on weakening the vitality of the targeted host so the host can easily gain control and reanimate it in it's own image. This sentience is what causes the "Zombie" effect: should the target die, the sentient plague maintains control of the corpse by manipulating the blood, forcing the host to continue simple actions (like walking or grabbing) without using chakra, like a puppet driven by the plague's urge to infect others, until the body fully decays.

Upon penetrating the opponent and entering their body, the viral infection would spread through the target's body in their blood stream seeking to corrupt their vessel. With this the infection will deal time over time until purged or cleansed to weaken the host until they are weak enough for the viral infection to take control (when they are dead). This process is slow dealing a damage per turn where Nurgle's blessing will deal more damage per turn the stronger the jutsu. S rank variants will deal 20 damage per turn, A ranks 15 damage per turn, B ranks 10 damage per turn. Due the complex nature of the element, all techniques will be B rank and above.

With the viral infection having taken over a host (when they die), due to the yang aspect, the viral infection will be able to mutate the host to empower it to help spread it's infection to more hosts. When this infection takes over a host, the body will turn black with a red like glow to it. The black being the corruption of the host that has spread through the body. The enhancements to the host being similar to the effects of the Change Into hell technique.

∞ Declined. While you've correctly added Kinjutsu to account for controlling corpses part, the element has now evolved into something else entirely, akin to a Kekkei Tōta. With four different fields merging into one behemoth we have to look at its abilities as listed so far:

- Only curable through Fire-based elements and Yang, like Scarlet Rot (Nurgle's Blessing): This is problematic because as a disease-focused bloodborne element that's circulating throughout an opponent's body unlike basic Rot which targets specific areas, it gets trickier to cure. Medical Ninjutsu would be most effective in these situations as it deals with pathogens and diseases specifically. I assume this is why you've added the ability to halve the effectiveness of such techniques. For balance reasons that would have to be removed, making this element curable by Med of equal or higher chakra, Fire-based elements of higher chakra, and Yang because of how it operates within the body. I'm willing to allow the ability to halt passive healing while infected, but in exchange the variable DoT rate (-10, -15, -20 per turn) will have to be replaced with a standard -15 per turn across all ranks, similarly to the Curse of Scarlet Rot, with durations in line with current Custom Jutsu Submission Rules. Finally, the speed de-buff, while included in Scarlet Rot's standard kit, is overkill in this element and only makes it appear that much more as just a stronger version of Scarlet Rot. For a higher rate of damage per turn than Rot and the ability to stop passive healing, you can afford to lose that de-buffing ability.

- Sentient fungus and control through infections (Yang): As I stated in my previous check, Yang chakra making the infection 'sentient' with a will to propagate and also physically degrade the opponent is redundant in this case as Scarlet Rot already does all of this plus it will already be circulating and spreading throughout the opponent by virtue of their circulatory system. It also cannot take over a person's will and make them do things--that is beyond the scope of Yang. Kinjutsu could grant the corpses limited sentience to do what you want which is simple, non-chakra actions, so that is also redundant as it relates to Yang chakra. Then we have the issue where Yang is being used to enhance the corpses with effects similar to Ring of Hell. Scarlet Rot already modifies a host's body after death to sprout 'exotic plant life'. You should take advantage of this perk and change it slightly to fit the element rather than relying on Yang to do it. Right now, the addition of Yang only justifies higher chakra costs and damage to Nurgle Essence techniques.

As I stated earlier in this check, the element is too much at once. Removing Yang would fix this as all of its contributions are already accounted for by either Kinjutsu or Scarlet Rot. - Zaphkiel ∞

The element is based on: Earth+Fire+Yang

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Arkenstone is made up of the user combining their earth and fire release to combine and compress all minerals and metals within the earth to create this unique compound. With each metal and mineral reflecting light differently, this metal's appearance seems to resemble the image of a galaxy. This element is possible in a similar manor to steel release how it can draw on carbon and iron within the earth to forge steel through the use of fire and earth release. With the addition of Yang into the mix, the element gains one of the core principals of Yang, affecting life and vitality.

How it works:

Due to the various minerals infused into the metal, when the surface of Arkenstone reflects light, it gives off a look that resembles a galaxy where the surface is dark with various light shining from it (though not enough to blind). This unique element can be made from the ground or the users chakra much like with other elements and due to Yang aspect, will cost more chakra to perform the techniques though have higher damage than jutsu of the same rank. This in accordance with the Yin/Yang rules wherein specialisation is required for the higher tier of damage. This element in its use will act a lot like the cannon steel release in that it is a solid metal the user can create from the ground, their body or even their chakra.

What makes this element unique is the way Yang influences it. First of all, the metal will be semi sentient where it's negative effects will only target those who are enemies to the user. With this semi sentience it will be able to lock onto its target making avoiding it nearly impossible (Though it can still be blocked or destroyed)

The true power of Arkenstone is the Yang energy that resonates from it constantly. This works in the same manner as how radiation is constantly released from elements such as Uranium (though this element is not radioactive). This resonating wave pulses around the metal disrupting Yin chakra signatures. What this means is, on contact this aura will prevent any Yin tethers and similar abilities from attaching to the user's chakra. Should Arkenstone be formed around the user or their allies, it can disrupt spiritual chakra signatures of the same chakra level and below, upon contact. This would include techniques such as Genjutsu or Yamanaka techniques. Naturally, this would need to be specified within the technique itself and to what extent, Naturally, due to the nature of those techniques where they don't necessarily always establish contact in a traditional way, they would be considered to have made contact when they traverse a threshold of a meter away from the Arkenstone protected target.

The Yang energy that radiates from Arkenstone has the ability of manipulating life, giving the element the ability to supercharge growth of living beings and even elements in specific cases. For instance the user could place a piece of Arkenstone in a garden and have flowers grow at an exceptional rate. However, the user can easily chose to have said growth be in the form of mutations and abominations, where instead of normal flowers, ones that look jagged, 'malnourished' and demonic could be formed. This trait of the element is not limited to living things, where it can be used on inanimate objects such as earth or metals, manipulating the bacteria/germs on them and by extension influencing the object itself. Naturally, the effects themselves would need to be specified in the jutsus themselves, with the added caveat of the element being able to determine which type of change can be applied due to it's semi-sentience.

The true power comes from making contact with enemy foreign chakras. Upon contact with an enemy, the Arkenstone would drain the target's vitality. In this RP this would be similar to "Yang Release: White Tiger". It burn away the target's chakra and cause them to use more chakra to perform techniques for up to 2 turns (Levels to be based on rank used in the customs), as well as reducing their speed and physical power as their physical prowess is drained by the stone. Alternatively, the Arkenstone could be used to force mutations. For instance, mutating a target's ear to the point where they would not properly hear, or to a point where they are so advanced that even the smallest of sounds can become deafening. These effects would need to be specified in their respective techniques. The upper limit of these mutations when applied to opponents is bound by the jutsu rules, where S and A ranks can last 3 turns, B ranks 4, etc.

These creations can vary in size depending on the users needs. They all take on the Arkenstone's natural appearance and gain its inherent abilities. On contact the element will burn away the targets chakra and physically impair them as their vitality is drained:

B rank: This rank will burn away 40 chakra from the target and lower their speed by 1 level. It will also reduced the power of their physical attacks (taijutsu, bukijutsu etc) by 5 damage.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
The Naruto manga establishes that bijū chakra can exist in unstable and corrosive states, that Yin chakra governs spiritual energy, perception, and the inner self, and that chakra ratios are critical to the stability of techniques. Canon examples show chakra explosions, chakra interference, lingering damage effects, and techniques that destabilize or override other jutsu. As such, a volatile Yin-aligned bijū-derived element capable of disrupting foreign chakra constructs is consistent with established chakra mechanics.


How it works:
Duat Release manifests as dense black chakra that absorbs light. The chakra is deliberately unbalanced, causing it to explode upon contact rather than flow or bind. When Duat chakra collides with foreign jutsu, it forcibly disrupts their chakra ratio, destabilizing the technique and causing it to detonate or collapse prematurely unless stabilized by Yin, Yang, Yin–Yang Release, or Natural Energy. Destabilisation occurs by forcibly affecting the ratio of Yin to Yang in opposing techniques, making them unstable resulting in the detonation of said techniques. This is not too different than how Biju are capable of adjusting the ratios of their TBB, but rather a refined variation through Yin itself. These effects would only apply on techniques of equal or lower chakra cost to the element's own.

When striking a target directly, the explosion bypasses conventional physical defenses and impacts the target’s spiritual structure, dealing spiritual damage rather than direct bodily harm. Any target struck suffers a lingering spiritual burn, dealing 5 spiritual damage per turn, representing ongoing erosion of chakra flow and weakened synchronization between body and spirit. ∞ Declined. As it is now, Duat Release bears too much resemblance (mechanically) to Detective L's Draconium Release. That element is similarly unstable in Yin as a key feature, with the ability to devour (affect) the Yang balance present within opposing techniques whilst triggering an explosion upon contact. This element remains unique in that it is composed of Bijuu chakra, leaves Spiritual DoT though Yin, and 'collapses' techniques on contact, none of which are inherently explosive. Also, as an element composed of two fields that do not possess inherent chakra v chakra interaction, the effect it has when it comes into contact with opposing techniques would be damage-based, but could be done, so long as that collapsing effect is described in more detail.

Also, the appearance needs to be fleshed out a little bit more. A 'dense black chakra' that absorbs light sounds like a passive ability. If so, I need to know more about how that works. While you're at it, describe how the element behaves once released: does it flow like water, roll along the earth like sludge, or is it weightless and aerial? - Zaphkiel ∞

Custom element English name: Trinity Water Release

The element is based on: Wind, Water and chakra pressure

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Trinity water refers to the Triple point of water. In thermodynamics, the triple point of a substance is the temperature and pressure at which the three phases (gas, liquid, and solid) of that substance coexist in thermodynamic equilibrium. The unique combination of pressure and temperature at which liquid water, solid ice, and water vapour coexist in a stable equilibrium is approximately 273.16±0.0001 K and a vapour pressure of 611.657 pascals.




The element in possible in the narutoverse, because it is achieved by simply cooling the water to a precise temperature and applying enough pressure.

The user will use his wind chakra to cool the water to 273.16 K (0.01 degrees Celsius) Wind can have cooling properties as it's literally how Ice is made.

There have been many techniques and elements that involve chakra pressure in order to be used. One example would be Guren's Crystal Release, where she has to use tremendous pressure for the crystallization of the earth to take place. Another would be the dust element which also requires chakra pressure to compress the normally soft dust into large solid shapes. Might Guy's Daytime Tiger is a perfect example of using air pressure. Crutch Kaguya's Atmospheric Pressure custom element also proves one can use his wind chakra to compress the wind. This would follow a similar process only not with wind, but with water.

Description: A secret technique of Takigakure that allows the user to manipulate nearby water into the form of a sword, by compressing it to incredible amounts, making it seem solid and sharp, almost crystalline in nature. The sword is very resilient and extremely useful against Fire attacks or Fire enhanced weaponry. The sword, once formed, can be thrown as a projectile or wielded. If thrown, it will do menial damage (C-rank) but it can be wielded as any other sword and due to its incredible sharpness, can be quite dangerous. It can be used for melee based Kenjutsu attacks.
Note: While the sword is being sustained, the user can only mold Water Techniques.

How it works:
To create trinity water, the user will summon/locate normal water and then continuously add large amounts of wind chakra to it. The wind chakra is used to firstly cool the water to precise 273.16 K and secondly to compress the water to 611.657 pascals. Then, a delicate balance is achieved where the water is melting, boiling and freezing at the same time. Inside each Trinity water technique, one would be able to see solid ice particles, their crystalline shapes clearly defined, floating in the liquid water. Above the surface of the water, a thin layer of water vapor can be seen. The steam is transparent and doesn't hinder visibility.

The ninja will mainly be using this element for offensive purposes. Taking advantage of the highly compressed water and the ice that it carries, one can blasts through most solid defences. This was the main purpose when creating the element - to provide the user with a water based element that could blast through most solid defences.

In this thermodynamic equilibrium, ice represents 50% of the substance, being surrounded by a body of water. This ice can be further manipulated by ice users and used as a medium for ice techniques.

Description: The user performs a row of three hand seals and exhales a large blast of trinity water, capable of destroying anything in its path. The compressed water carries huge ice blocks that could further damage structures caught in its path.


Conditions to be able to use it: Mastery over Wind and Water elements.

Is weak to: Fire, Lightning and elements that could raise the heat. 0.01 degrees Celsius is the absolute maximum at which the triple point can exist. Any elements that raise the heat can disrupt that.

Is strong against:
Wind - Compressed water would blast through the wind which has around six times less pressure.
Water - Trinity water, being so compressed would blast through normal water.
Earth based elements - Having so much pressure condensed in the water, can easily rip through the earth.
