Well, i've seen this before and what i've come to understand is that if your in a CC you can't be in a second CC, i've seen people in multiple clans recently (Not going to point fingers) However i was wondering if that has changed?

Well it has changed to some Extent as Emperor has allowed people who are in Kiyoshi to be a part of Nekura.
