[Question] Custom Bio

Hi, I never made a bio for role-playing for narutobase. Do I need permission to create a custom bio, or do I need to make a canon bio first before going to customs first.

And if I need permission to make a custom bio, how does one get the permission required?

You only need permission to make a custom bio if it has a special ability that requires a mod's permission or if it's a character that another member is currently using already.
