[Question] Custom Bio Question?

Now this is a giant hypothetical, but I'd still like to know

If I make a custom Uchiha bio and it gets approved, can I also train in SM (If I can get a sensei) and in FTG (If I can get a sensei)?

Also, kinda on topic but not really, is there a way to get Rinnegan? I know for Mangekyo, it requires you to be a sensei and take a test, so is it similar for Rinnegan?

Yes... I know I'm asking about how to create the most OP character, but I'm just asking

I doubt you'd even get Ms, let alone the others you've mentioned. And I think only Canon FTG users can get it.

By SM you mean Sage Mode or did you intend on saying Mangekyo Sharingan? For Sage Mode, there are

especially barring KG (Such as Sharingan) from learning it. Also FTG is a space/time ability unique to Tobirama Senju and Minato Namikaze Bios only. And last I checked, they don't have any KGs or can learn sage mode although not so sure if Minato can still learn his variation.

Rinnegan can only be attained via a long process and requires a valid sensei title and a RP Moderator title. You have to pass the MS test first though before even attempting the permission process let alone the actual battle which still doesn't guarantee you will get it. It's almost impossible but if you are dedicated and persistent, you can attain it.
