Vex arrives and sees the patient. He quickly channels aggressive chakra into his hands and uses it to sterilize himself and the patient. He would then determine the type of curse mark the patient wanted, as well as the location. These were all written on a small sheet of paper. He would then bite the man on the left side of his chest. He'd imbue the bite with the required enzymes and chakra, so that he'd have a cursed seal of Earth.
